Once configured, it works well for tracking applicants, collaborating with the team, and moving candidates through each stage more consistently. Pros Zoho Recruit is easy to customize around our hiring workflow. I liked having candidate profiles, job openings,interview tracking, emails, and status updates all in one place. The automation and templates also helped reduce repetitive admin work. Cons The interface can feel a little crowded at times, and some settings take time to find. It is not like I do not want to pay, but I wish to make most out of it. This is the software I trust, Zoho. Cons It is very user friendly. Pros Very user friendly, good start configurations, suport with videos and FAQ's very helpfull. Full integration with other tools like O365, Linkedin and local job platforms is a plus. Pros Zoho Recruit has a very attentive sales team. I was provided a demo where all my questions were answered, some of them being very technical. I absolutely love the Career Site that is easy to deploy. The onboarding wizard is very helpful too. I haven't explored all the available options but so far for the price, this seems like excellent value and will serve my needs for a growing staffing agency! Cons The only feature that is currently missing for me is setting job postings on the career site to automatically be hidden after the closing date. Maybe a future update! It was intuitive to use and I had no problems getting started. The import feature is top notch, but I wish they'd let you upload more documents at a time. Pros It is very user friendly. Not only was I able to get it set up quickly, my client was able to log in from her end and within minutes, she was navigating with no problems. Cons Too many add on features that could have been included in the complete package. Honestly, if I have to be nickel and dimed about add-ons, I'd rather use a third party. I appreciate the easy navigation and the support when just starting out was helpful. Cons It's a comprehensive platform so they'll be a learning curve, but that's true for any ATS. I really don't have any dislikes. Job postings were immediately available, instead of having to wait 5+ hours to publish unlike other services. Cons Low ability to customize the Careers page. I can change colors and images, but otherwise, the layout is set. Any minor changes or tweaks would need to go through the same wait, which is completely unacceptable. It can easily integrate with several tools and I can guarantee I will be a frequent user of the tool.
