\-easy to use -has all the essentials and allows for easy customisation -allows for quick upload of candidates -candidate profiles are customisable too -tool is good for small companies that cannot afford bigger recruitment portals

Pros

The product is nothing close to the competitors but the price is very appealing for small companies.

Cons

Old UI and sluggish UX. Integration is not good and the functionality could be better. The sign-up process is what I hate the most.
