It is regularly being updated which is good as some interface features like 'in place' field editing can be better Pros The interface is easy to use and the search capability is quite good. Takes a little while to get efficient with it, but once you do it's quite user friendly. The tagging function is also good and the resume parsing of skills is quite comprehensive. Cons Limit of importing 10 resumes at a time so it takes a bit longer if you are working with a lot of resumes. It does support multiple job boards, but not all popular ones are included by default unless you pay extra or rely on third-party integrations for broader reach.
