Pros Great for recruitment process as it streamlines everything and helps maintain database. Candidate interviews can be both scheduled and logged separately later. It's quite easy to use and learn using the tutorial and guides. The customer support was also good and prompt whenever we needed assistance. UI can be improved a bit but mostly okay. Also, really like Zia and would like to use it better. Cons I think the UI can be improved a bit and the dashboard UX can be a bit confusing or disorienting. Cons Since lot of features are not available under the "Free Trial Version" (essential features) at the end you still have to pay to properly "test" the software, which make the "free trial" redundant.
