Having communication simplified like this has helped immensely. Pros Super relative to what it's meant for and makes the drudgery of admin easy. I used to hate setting meetings but this takes the pain away completely. Cons Not enough features. I'd like to see more cloud based integration with other apps (music for example). We now track everything from first time guests to kid check in within Elvanto. The only two challenges we have found is 1) The worship planning is not awesome so we still use Planning Center for our musicians primarily for their amazing app. 2) You need a dedicated person running elvanto. It is completely customizable which is a HUGE bonus, unless you don't know what you're doing and don't give it the time it needs. Can't recommend it enough! Review Source JM Jaci M. This is a huge plus for me. I have been using Elvanto for 2 years now and they have done many updates, because of customer feedback. They generally listen to what we have to say. Our next phase will be using more of Elvanto's capabilities to improve efficiency - I don't believe we're using many of these functions yet. It's so simple for volunteers to use, and it allows a database to function as it should: to serve those who use it. We love the ability to take notes on people as we pastor and lead them, the group functions are great, and the forms and reporting functions are awesome. We highly recommend Elvanto all the time! Pros I found it very easy to use for the person who is not into the accounting side of things. It is easy to explain to church members as well. Cons I didn't find anything that I didn't like so far. November 8, 2015 5.0 Best system I've ever worked with, especially if you look at the price point. You can combine multiple systems and have everything in house and supported by a great team.
