It is very helpful, easy-to-use software, and so convenient. Pros It is easy to use, self-explanatory and has everything a church or non-profit needs to keep everything organized and in one place. It's a great price as well, and it's very affordable. Cons There isn't anything I can say I like least about ChurchTrac. November 23, 2024 5.0 It has great customer support and particularly good training videos. Pros Well designed and low cost. The accounting is based on fund accounting which is best for churches. Cons I really do not have any. They keep adding features and that make it better and better for churches. " October 10, 2024 5.0 ChurchTrac and the Support Team have been near life saving for me and my church. They were there for me in an amazing way when our finances where almost over taken by disgruntled members in our church. Pros How easy it is to record deposits, have records of tithe & donations for individuals, inputting payouts of checks and debit cards. Help screen is wonderful for self-help. Can's say enough about ChruchTrac Support Team! They are amazing and prompt getting back with solutions if I have problems. Cons Reports are wonderful but the Balance Sheet along with Funds is very difficult to understand. " October 12, 2024 5.0 Church Trac is tailored to religious organizations and I love that. My overall experience has been positive and provided greater transparency for the financial recording. Pros I like the easy and flawless operation of Church Trac. You need no previous knowledge it is very user friendly and they are always ready and willing to assist if you have problems. All of York calls are answered and the assistance is very professional. Cons Not sure if this is a con but I would have preferred if the expenses not be listed as minuses but rather just appear in the statement as expenses since it is understood they are already expenses. Pros It is user friendly and the support from the team is amazing. Cons I wish that during the set up of the process, when you send in a ticket the time would be longer than 15 minutes. The setup process can take time to understand, especially with the bookkeeping. It covers all our essential church needs and I highly recommend it for any church! Specifically, the built in webpage feature is going to be a huge upgrade for our online presence. Pros It was incredibly easy to set up, and the intuitive design makes it simple to navigate for everyone on our team. The support team was also incredibly helpful during the setup process, answering all our questions and making sure everything ran smoothly. Cons I think the process to scheduling attendance could be simpler. I have never worked at a church before so a lot is new to me. And I was not in on the ground floor when we started using it--most of my info has come from others or from the webinars! I do like the FB groups too! I think it gives churches a lot of options, especially if they have enough staff to devote some time to learn the ins and outs of the program! Pros I felt like doing the "cards" were fairly easy but I have encountered a few hiccups! Cons I feel like the actual help questions want to direct you to a video a lot of the times and I think for new users they would probably have many of the same questions! Plus, I would like some more instructional type webinars/maybe on a more regular basis and maybe do to smaller groups on Zoom where we could ask questions if this was possible! I have referred other churches to them. Pros I love the ease of being able to categorize every type of gift that is given to the church. I like how they have everything on YouTube that you can go back and review. Also, the end of the year contribution statements make it so easy to print and send them out. And the Annual fee should always let you know that you must update it manually, it does not come out automatically.
