It works. That's what I like the most. I don't have much to compare this software with but it seems professional enough and gets the job done.

Cons

Like I said, I don't have much to compare this software to but setting it up and using it could probably be tricky for some people.

Pros

It was really easy to set this widget up and add it, which was relieving. Not a lot of skill required to customize it!

Cons

There is no Slack integration and I wish there was more customization sometimes but overall it is a good product

\-Customizable to fit your business' needs. You can change the colors and text of the chat boxes, which is really neat. This helps grow your brand. -Unlimited messages sent (paid)

Cons

\-Not really any. You do pay for what you get. The higher tiers on the scale are a lot pricier. It does exponentially go up in price, nonetheless it is a great software/platform

I think the design of the chat windows could be more minimal in regard to the design and the layout.

I have used tested Orlak with great chats later and I have to say it is pretty amazing. Customer support Is top notch.

Cons

When cookies disable chat not working. That Is a littel problem.
