Pros

It works well for how we set it up in our facility. It tracks things and keeps the PMs on time for our machines.

Cons

How slow this software is. It is incredibly slow, probably from having so much to load.

The software is really easy to use and the training is pretty good.

Cons

You can't turn a Purchase Order into an asset, this is huge considering that all assets who usually be purchased this way.

Easy to use. No problems whatsoever with Windows 7 Pro. Great customer service. Had a problem one time when the IT people of the company I work for changed things on my new laptop and deleted/changed my pc settings/domain name etc.. Took over 32 hours to get everything back to normal (licenses/programs etc.) Manager Plus customer service helped get me back running with manager plus quickly. Thanks,

Once there was a lot of data stored on the program the system slowed down and froze often. They upgraded the system and haven't had any problems since then. When printing work orders, assets etc. you need to hit 4 different print buttons. Seems that could be narrowed down. Once an asset has been made it can't be changed so you need to delete and start over to make changes to the initial set up.

the software seems very indepth. In my case I dont think I am using the software to the best of its potential but I am getting there. The software can be streamlined a bit with one or two specific areas that the user would go to make changes or customize a field. Also it would be nice to click on a asset and be able to pull out any info on that asset from any area; asset, tracking, work order.

We were looking for an off-the-shelf solution to manage work-orders and schedules within our Tool Room. This system fit perfectly for our needs. Very user friendly. We held a few training sessions with Manager Plus and they answered every need we had. Customer Support is very helpful in answering questions along the way. The transition from our old system was seamless. Great system!

Pros: Ability to link parts and services with assets. Ease of finding history with parts and assets. Reminders that generate when we want them to. Cons: Some reports seem to be locked in to defaults that are not adjustable. Overall experience has been great. The software has allowed us to track costs and services that we have never had ability to before.

Great for keeping track of all fleet and heavy equipment details and maintenance schedules. Excellent for history of maintenance performed on each piece of equipment. Since we have other systems for inventory of parts and supplies used in maintenance, we have not used the inventory aspects of the product, although they look quite robust.

We initially launched this program for its maintenance scheduling capabilities, with this we also implemented the Purchasing Orders. We have been pleased with what the software has been able to provide us. We now have a digital trace on all of our Mechanical Breakdown and Schedules are completed on a timely manner.

I have found it very useful for keeping track of equipment repair costs and history. I have filter inventory list but do not use it to track stock. Its mainly used to speed repair order entry. This program has many more features that I do not use. But the areas I do use work well. It serves my purposes .

Your tech. team is so very very helpful (almost everyone except one time over the past 8 years). I was frustrated in the past because of changing a Work Order after processed, but your tech. people walked me through how to add to the work order and re-process. it was GREAT!!!!

A little difficult at first to understand, but training was very helpful. Support was there for walking us through problems. It has taken us a while to fully implement the entire amount of equipment and tooling. Definitely not using it to it's full extent!
