Used Manager Plus as CMMS system is does the job just fine. Customization does not always translate over to there mobile application used on android or ios. Overall it gets the job done but the user interface on smart devices lacks.

Pros

The product suits my application well and is mostly easy to navigate. Our ManagerPlus contact is very responsive and helpful with anything we need.

Cons

There are some things about the software that are not very intuitive but I did not utilize their setup and support services. If it is a very large project I would recommend the support. The vendor has been great.

The program is easy to use. It keeps a good maintenance record for our plant. The only thing I would change is to make the reports easier to customize to your companies specific needs. Overall a good experience so far.

The software works very well. Able to do everything I need it to. We have a very diverse fleet of equipment, tools, trucks, and infrasructure. I am able to track maintance, schedules, and history of everything.

I mostly use M+ for PM/repair work orders. The work order system is easy to use and is a good way to track down time, cost, and hours. The search and print functions are very clunky, and not very intuitive.

Just a minor change with the details view, and when you click "complete" it should automatically take you back to the "list" view instead of all the clicking that you gotta do when going back and forth.

Pros

ManagerPlus is a great software with all the features you would ever need, there is a handy mobile app that can be used on the go and the pricing is very attractive for the large amount of features you get

Cons

The software is overall not the easiest to use and can require some time playing around with it and just using it before you become an expert

Have not used enough for a fair comment. One question I have is, can we put driver information in M+ and have a warning show a due date for drivers lic, health certificate, drug testing and so on?

At first program is hard to navigate, many pages and steps to create whatever you want to do. Recommend the free webinars for learning tools. Find it a bit slow as well.
