We are able to add suppliers in our portal frequently and the process is seamless. The buyers can all use the software seamlessly. The staff is super supportive. Great company. Cons Challenges setting up new vendors. Lack of response from ESM regarding on boarding new vendors . Not software related challenges with billing process and ESM's ability to identify our payments with the documentation they request for payment processing.
