From the very begging the experience has been tremendous. From implementation to our being three years end they have exceeded expectations. They are very knowledgeable of all ERPs and there functionalities. When it comes to registered vendor experience UniMarket has been on point with making sure registration and catalog integration works perfectly. They will not end projects until it's official completed

Pros

The product is very easy to use especially from an end user standpoint. Software is customizable to our schools needs. They interface seemlessly with majority of ERPs especially Banner. Customer service is outstanding and it feels more like a family than just another customer

Cons

Not much negative I can add to this segment

Reasons for choosing Unimarket

They were the most feasible especially in price and more importantly there customer service and presentation was phenomenally as they explained everything clearly

Unimarket team is available to assist with any issue that arises. The reporting capability of the software has helped me keep track of any outstanding orders and invoicing. I also appreciate the Invoice Inbox feature which makes invoicing incredibly quicker.

Pros

Unimarket's client support is stellar from initial introduction to preparation phase to product roll-out, to new features. They truly care that we are successful in our procurement operations.

Cons

One con I have is that the supplier name cannot be changed on a request or a purchase order. The only option is to decline the request and submit a new one. While very advantageous for fraud prevention, it does make operations more cumbersome than what is helpful. There is a fine line between clean buying and ease of use.

We've been able to streamline purchasing and gain more visibility into spend which allows us to make better purchasing decisions and save resources.

Pros

Unimarket is a great tool that is easy to use and flexible enough to adapt to your particular circumstances. It will help tremendously to gain spend visibility especially if you operate in a decentralized purchasing environment. Great customer service and support after implementation.

Cons

We lost some of the key features we loved integrating the system with our ERP/financial system and there are some additional reporting that we would love to see. They do however listen to customer feedback and consider the feedback as they work to enhance the system.
