The workflow tool allows the flow of communication and processes to be streamlined between parents, schools and the transportation department, which has reduced our daily call volume by 50% or more. The implementation of this software provides the flexibility to our families to apply for busing, cancel busing or to communicate information to our department at anytime, anyplace has been a game changer. Thank you GeoRef! Pros This software is a intuitive program with many features that meet the needs of our Division. Our Department is tech forward and want those programs that help us work smarter not harder. Bus planner is a software that streamlines your processes. Cons It is hard to mention a con of this company/product. If we have a concern/want, we call GeoRef and ask for any tools that may be helpful and normally the tool is included in the next software update. Reasons for choosing BusPlanner 1\.
