Pros

I like that everything we ever need is on one site & I like that support and customer service agents are there to help within minutes.

Cons

Sometimes I get a little confused on how to navigate the site and where exactly the right place for me to go is.

Affordable channel marketing platform

Pros

For channel marketing -- it is easy to switch in and out of instances to maintain security between clients. MM provides a ton of training both 1 on 1 and on youtube. Run campaigns, view analytics, create partner dashboards....MM consolidates multiple sales enablement tools into 1 easy system.

Cons

Sometimes design can be limited but company is always open to hearing feedback on how to improve system.

Pros

The prewritten content is pretty high quality, even some of my most technical end users say they find value in it. The branding on the content is good and for the most part consistent, and the integration with my PSA is fantastic.

Cons

The Outlook plugin makes my Outlook very slow (30+ seconds added to my load time) and the desktop application for notifying you of new endpoint activity crashes constantly. I'm unable to even log into the phone application to know how that one works.

Pros

There are many pros to this software and their team, but I would like to highlight the most important to our company and the implementation of their software to their turnkey implementation, monthly consultation calls, and the API for our CRM.

Cons

There really aren't too many cons that I can think of, but if I am asked to list one, I would say there is a small learning curve, but the consultants help along the way for peace of mind.

It keeps us relevant with prospects and leads. I haven't seen any sales as of yet.

Pros

I like the integration into our CRM tool and how it just works on it's own for the most part. The articles are interesting and the content is high quality.

Cons

The constant buttons that redirect you to a step by step process instead of just doing the thing they say. "update profile" could just go to the profile page, but instead it takes you to a long process. It took a special training just to see that the way to share contacts with other users you have to hit the "views" button which isn't really intuitive. I seem to stumble upon things more than I use tools to be honest.

I am able to to free up my day from gathering information from 5 different places and focus instead on readily available data and our core competencies as an organization

Pros

MindMatrix can LITERALLY do anything and everything while remaining cost effective for SMBs. It seems we get a product update quarterly with new integrations and features so that it fits more seamlessly into our organization. It doesn't feel siloed at all.

Cons

Designing emails, web pages and campaigns is tricky if you haven't done it often. Luckily, our contacts there have gone above and beyond to ensure our organization is setup for success

Pros

The assistance we receive from the fast customer service make learning and using the platform very easy. The reporting and integration with our CRM and other databases is essential.

Cons

You have to use it a lot to learn your way around the interface. Otherwise is isn't as intuitive as it could be. Their new help feature was very welcome!

Pros

The ease in knowing drip emails are getting opened and that people are remembering our company so that one day soon we can be their vendor.

Cons

The platform for creating custom templates is klunky and not super user friendly- I get frustrated and end up settling for designs I don't particularly care for.

Pros

We like the canned content. Our prospects have responded very well. We also like the ability to send content to the support team and have it converted to a customer ready campaign.

Cons

The limited ability to build our own template without the assistance of support slows the production of new content.

The only benefit we got from this product was an understanding of the vendor shortcomings that we should be on the lookout for. We only wasted a few months trying to deal with inexperienced staff and a substandard product. We switched to Hubspot and have been extremely pleased by their training, staff and support.

Cons

Service and quality was misrepresented. Trying to get support from their outsourced team in India took weeks and experienced cultural disconnects. Was just threatened by their salesperson this morning when I tried to share the challenges and shortcomings that made it not a good fit for our organization.

Pros

When looking to enable our sales networks, our challenge was unique. We wanted a single service provider who could offer us a channel and sales enablement solution. Mindmatrix was the ONLY one who could do that and they did it well! Whether it is direct sales enablement or partner relationship management or channel marketing, Mindmatrix offered us a solution for everything.

Cons

Nothing really...It will be only fair to say that Team Mindmatrix did their best to make our deployment and use of the software as smooth as possible.

Mindmatrix makes it easy for partners to co-brand marketing collateral, launch pre-built lead generation campaigns, manage leads, register opportunities, and obta measurable marketing analytics all in one place.

Cons

Since many vendors in similar industries use Mindmatrix as their partner portal platform, it would be cool if users could have a single Mindmatrix sign on to see all of their vendors from a single dashboard.

Biggest benefit is the ability to identify and capture the contact information of prospective customers.

Pros

Does a great job external tracking and provides detailed and adequate contact information to effectively identify decision makers for prospecting.

Cons

Navigating site in order to drive down to information is a little cumbersome. I have been only using the software for a few months now so Not quite proficient yet.

Cost effective solution that interfaces to Connectwise. Our account manager understands our business and responds quickly to our needs.

Cons

Somewhat complicated to use and have to rely on their customer support to make updates for us. Lack couple features needed to make full use of the software.

The automatic Social Media Postings & the Playbook feature. My rep, who is amazing & always assists in any manner possible.

Cons

That custom content is not proofread or reviewed for any spelling or grammatical errors. Support tends to respond quickly, yet the fix is not always timely.

Pros

Easy way to educate our client base without needed an actual marketing staff member on the team. Synchronization from our PSA tools works seamlessly

Cons

All is positive but if i had to give a con, wish they had more templates to choose from. Navigating around portal is slow and pulling menus or checking out templates takes time to load.
