It is just hard for someone to quickly use for the first time and navigate, especially on mobile. There is a learning curve with any new horse showing program but this was a bit more. We wish it worked better for small organizations that do more show disciplines than hunters. It really needs to have some formatting for contesting/timed shows as well. Pros Show Pro is able to handle large to small shows. It was easy to deploy and handle our performance shows. Cons It's very clunky and can be difficult for new user and people entering. It doesn't work well with contesting and timed events. It doesn't show times and you can't have the same rider in the same class but on a different horse.
