Comments: We worked in very close partnership with Changeworknow to ensure that our needs were met and that we implemented a system that did exactly what we wanted.

We implemented a recruitment system that gives candidates an exceptional and brand enhancing online application experience which has increased the quality of candidates and hires. We managed to streamline the recruitment process for hiring managers and increased speed to hire enabling the business to manage large scale and high volume assessment centres quickly and easily.

We found that Chnageworknow is a simple and intuitive tool allowing users of the system to post vacancies and manage all their applications with ease and without fuss. An important factor of the implementation was the mobile responsiveness as we had seen 50% of our visitors come to our site via mobile devices giving making our careers page optimised for today's job seekers.
