Since most of our clients are also using this, auditing is made easier as data is readily available for us to base our procedures and ultimately, the audit opinion. One of the, if not the best, softwares out there you can count in funds management and reporting. Cons To be honest, nothing really comes into my mind. Let's just say that as an area for further improvement, the developers can make the software have easier integration with other related service providers, such as other actuaries and emerging audit softwares. I hope they continue to work on the issues so that it can be seamless and easier to use. Pros I love that I can organize my classroom in a way that is easy for students to follow. I can also take attendance and communicate with students individually or as a group. I can also evaluate how well students are following the lesson with various check-in tools and emojis. Cons The picture can be glitchy. Pictures will overlap pictures, and it can be hard for students to connect. The links do not always work right. Screen sharing doesn’t always work right either. As noted it is very useful if you trade heavily with an agent network reselling your programmes, but not so great for direct e-commerce Pros Reporting and finance functions are very good - it is easy to manage payments and report on produced and sold activity. Cons It is somewhat idiosyncratic - and not especially intuitive. Pros It really is an integrated system that links all aspects of our language school business - enrolments, academic, accommodation, finance in a way that gives you a complete overview of the business. Communication (which is key) is excellent and consistent. Pros Creating or editing documents. I found working with the merge fields, although different, quite user friendly as there is now a 'search' option making it much easier to find what you are looking for. This saves a lot of time. I love that you have the option to have widgets on the dashboard/homepage. If you use these you can see at a quick glance how many arrivals/departures (including unarranged accommodation, transfers and classing) there are. These can be set to give numbers for different time ranges for example just for today or for the next 30 days. Cons Finding my way around the new layout but this is more to do with being a creature of habit and change is sometimes frightening...
