Since most of our clients are also using this, auditing is made easier as data is readily available for us to base our procedures and ultimately, the audit opinion. One of the, if not the best, softwares out there you can count in funds management and reporting. Cons To be honest, nothing really comes into my mind. Let's just say that as an area for further improvement, the developers can make the software have easier integration with other related service providers, such as other actuaries and emerging audit softwares. As noted it is very useful if you trade heavily with an agent network reselling your programmes, but not so great for direct e-commerce Pros Reporting and finance functions are very good - it is easy to manage payments and report on produced and sold activity. Cons It is somewhat idiosyncratic - and not especially intuitive. It is also not currently best suited to direct customer interface, but if most of your trade is through agents then you will be ok with this Review Source JL Jon L. I hope they continue to work on the issues so that it can be seamless and easier to use. Pros I love that I can organize my classroom in a way that is easy for students to follow. I can also take attendance and communicate with students individually or as a group. I can also evaluate how well students are following the lesson with various check-in tools and emojis. Cons The picture can be glitchy. Pictures will overlap pictures, and it can be hard for students to connect. The links do not always work right. Screen sharing doesn’t always work right either. Office Manager Higher Education Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Review on class web" February 12, 2021 5.0 I have found CLASS extremely easy to deal with over the past number of years, the team is efficient and always resolves any issues in a timely and professional manner. Communication (which is key) is excellent and consistent. Pros Creating or editing documents. I found working with the merge fields, although different, quite user friendly as there is now a 'search' option making it much easier to find what you are looking for. This saves a lot of time. I love that you have the option to have widgets on the dashboard/homepage. If you use these you can see at a quick glance how many arrivals/departures (including unarranged accommodation, transfers and classing) there are. These can be set to give numbers for different time ranges for example just for today or for the next 30 days. Cons Finding my way around the new layout but this is more to do with being a creature of habit and change is sometimes frightening... Review Source Response from Infospeed February 17, 2021 Thanks a lot! caT cristian andres T. technology Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "one of the best learning programs" July 6, 2021 4.0 This program has many expectations at the time of entering and the truth is that I am fascinated with this platform for the simple fact that I should not worry about a class or some lost material but I know that I can find it here so I have been very satisfied with the program alone that is somewhat expensive but totally worth it Pros This program has a great variety of functions to be able to manage language learning since it has a wide range of classes and student material this is very easy to use and very intuitive, that is, we do not have to be struggling to find a class or some type of matter Cons There is something very particular about this app that in the demos they only let you spend 1 hour a day in class, it should be a little longer, that is, it gives you a month of trial but it is not the most appropriate to limit those hours and they should lower the price to make it more accessible Review Source PH Phil H. Pros It really is an integrated system that links all aspects of our language school business - enrolments, academic, accommodation, finance in a way that gives you a complete overview of the business.
