Setting up the system was a bit tricky but we managed to implement our data and create our templates quite quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate Thebing because it makes our entire daily process very efficient and fast. It really improved and fast tracked our way of work a lot and it avoids 100% the mistakes we were likely to make in the past in regards to communication (scheduling, accommodation etc.), payments and invoicing to agencies, students, host families and staff. Surely there are always things that could be improved or customized a bit more to your needs and requirements but this software is really good for language schools and they always try to find a solution. Therefore I can highly recommend Thebing and in case you need support they are always available and ready to help, especially customer rep who is really super nice, professional and helpful. We have been using Thebing since 2009. Over the years, they have developed the system to be very sophisticated level and we are pleased with what they offer. Prior to upgrading our system to Thebing Plus version last year, I researched alternative suppliers to be sure about what we have, and I'm pleased to say that I couldn't find anything better than Thebing in term of comprehensiveness and flexibility of the system, the level of their customer service, and the price.
