They are an established company that does billing well. That's it. Their attempts to catch up to their competition with software are lackluster.

Pros

As a "full service" billing portal, they will pursue members whose payments decline. This takes the lease desirable job in our industry out of our hands.

Cons

The actual software itself. Reports don't run well most of the time, when they do run their accuracy is suspect. Billing statistics are NOT real-time, so there is a human element somewhere that slows down the process.

I had demo with this guys 2weeks ago and decried to use this software. Little bit tricky to use, because software has hell lot of function which most are what i always wanted have. Also, getting consultation as free. It is part of benefit when i use this software. It is only 30 min a week, but it is very useful and helpful for me.

This software management tool is designed specifically with the martial arts school owner in mind. It has everything a school owner needs to run daily operations efficiently on the management side of things. It also has tremendous tools for promoting your school in a variety of cost cutting ways. Due to the enormous amount of tools in the software, the ease of use is ok, but once it is set up many of the tools are automated making it very simple after the initial set-up. This is the best software for the martial arts school owner to manage their school profitably - I'd give it 4 stars our of 5.
