Pros I wish this was a better product. Very cumbersome and I wish it was easier to use. It was nice if the school was very very very small and did a lot of manual processing. Cons Cumbersome and difficult customer service. Not great for schools that want to grow and expand as everything must be manually coded or created. I wish there was a master report that you could pull that gave you access to CIP codes, SSN, begin dates and end dates adn aid paid to the student. Cons It isnt awful just random quirks make it difficult sometimes.
