We also have functionality to conduct 360 evals with the software. This system also allows some nice report functions for preparing consolidated anonymous data for annual reporting. Pros I found the software fairly easy to learn. It was nice to be able to assign forms to multiple evaluators. I also liked the functions which made it easy to send reminders for incomplete forms Cons It's very plain and not flashy. It doesn't have a very modern appearance.
