This system has been a great addition to our scheduling process. We can be more efficient and keep a history of faculty preferences. Pros It helps to keep the institutional memory of faculty likes and dislikes somewhere other than one person's head. Cons We have required lots of customization but I think we are done with most of that now. Now I can schedule all my courses in classrooms and labs then push all that information into a calendar for the entire term so I can see what's happening on any given day. It has brought my course schedule and event/meeting schedule into one nice package. The reports functions have been excellent tools to help with efficiency and effectiveness reporting. I am able to run reports for Security to help with opening and closing of facilities as well as a weekend report so they'll know who's supposed to be on campus. Customer Service has been outstanding and any issues I've had have been quickly resolved. I am very happy with this product.
