I’ve served in the USAF so I know what professionalism looks like and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and her team are the shinning examples of this. The program they have developed for driving schools helps to make owning a driving school enjoyable because I get to focus on what matter the most and that’s the staff and students. The set up process was smooth and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and her team are very responsive. They guided me step by step through phone calls, zoom chats and emails. Whenever I would mess something up they would fix it immediately (and I would mess up a ton of times). I highly recommend this for all driving schools. Pros This product is super easy to use and makes managing my driving school business simple. Cons I wish it had a “how did you hear about us” and referral section so I can capture data on my students. This data will allow me to know where to put money into advertising. Updating the site was a pain and it didn't offer anything but our basic information. The switch to Drivers Ed Solution has been wonderful. The ability for students to register for classes online has increased our enrollment. The set-up of the site was seamless, thanks in large part to Josh. He has always been there to walk me through any hiccups that may occur. We are so thrilled with our new website and Drivers Ed Solutions! I was on the brink of hiring a secretary to help out with the paperwork and phone calls as my business continues to grow, but the system has eliminated the need for additional office staff. Although it was functional, it didn't present the image I wanted for my driving school. In addition, I was not taking advantage of the marketing and communication capabilities of social networks like Facebook and Twitter. I recognized that I didn't have the technical know-how to get going with social and networking sites. Last November, I met Drivers Ed Solutions at the New England Driver Education Seminar. There I was shown how DES could solve my website design and function problems. Additionally, they were able to help coordinate a Facebook and Twitter presence with the same "Look-and-Feel" as my new website. AND they designed a brand new eye-popping company logo...something I was missing from the beginning! Set-up and maintenance costs are reasonable, and the people at DES are awesome. They were ready to help anytime I called, and their FAQ's and online assistance were great. I highly recommend Drivers Ed Solutions to any driving school owner, who wants to capitalize on the strengths of the internet, and social media.
