Comments: I have been forced to log a call with the consumer protection forum to assist me in my complaint against Ikat failing which I will pursue the legal route.
The product is dysfunctional and does not work. The operations manager as well as the call center agents have openly admitted that there are issues with the program that are unresolved.
Despite their admission, they have billed for installation charges and training fees and 6 months of rental which are upfront fees after a great sales pitch.
Please consider alternative options in the market especially solumed, spesnet, etc.
