weak documentation, weak support, unprofessional in every way

Comments: Unfortunately my colleague and me were assigned to evaluate a few billing system and this Opencell meveo was one of them. After spending a few days trying to figure out how it works and go through every single word in all of the documentations, we as two senior Java EE developer with a lot of experience in billing in the telecom, were not able to install and make it work decently.

The forum, messages, wiki and every other possible contact options for a normal open source project are closed, out dated and very little. We even have serious doubt if this project is really open source and will be in the future.

I can't think of one!

Too much to mention!
1- Outdated documentation
2- Missing many necessary documentation
3- Forum is closed/blocked
4- You have to contact de developers/authors directly and wait until maybe they answer you. The communication is niet via assembla.
5- Using assembla!
6- Needs outdated software mostly from 2013 to run a development.
7- And even then it won't run!
8- In the online demo version you have to guess what to do next.
9- The UX score of the online demo is very low.

It was a very frustrating 4 days experience for both of us.
