I love the fact that if we have any issues the fixi support team is always there to help and take our feedback on board. One thing that is frustrating is that during our busy times the program can run quite slowly and even at times crash. Today it saves us so much time as the software allows us to accept online registrations and generate fixtures efficiently. We have many casual employees at Casey Indoor so its critical that staff can find their way around easily and feedback from our staff has confirmed to us that Fixi is the right choice for us. Even our teams are happy with the new mobile apps allowing them to always be up to date with their match times and results. On the occasions where I needed support I always got quick answers and friendly service. I highly recommend Fixi to any business that runs sports competitions at their venue.
