Pros

  • Scan123 has been a great addition to the business with the ability to keep all of our invoices and other documents in a secure place while being able to keep track of them easy and efficiently.

  • Scan123 is an easy to use platform. We can train our Recruiters in an afternoon and feel comfortable that they will have all the information and knowledge that is needed to use Scan123 successfully.

  • Tech support has been amazing helpful. Happy to have the great support.

  • They answer me the same day usually and if it's late, they get back to me in the morning. They are helpful and a real pleasure to talk to.

Cons

  • A little difficult to get the repeated folders used to pop back up to choose them instead of having to go through file explorer.

  • And believe me they would let me know if there is a problem.

  • Sometimes when saving an incorrect key is hit by mistake and finding it to correct is not easy. I'd like to be able to search for the last items uploaded that way I'm not wasting time looking for it.

  • I can call and if I leave a message the response is usually within the hour.

"Great Scanning program"

Overall: Greatly reduced our document storage facility needs.

Pros: ease of use, easy retrieval, ability to lock out or allow particular users to each cabinet.

Cons: No problems, the system works great, we use Fujitsu scanners and they work well with it.

"Gibson Care "

Overall: Five plus years of discussions going from a high document organization to a paperless organization.

Pros: Support of the team that now just quickly makes the changes through the support tickets. And "Boom" it is done. Great job.

Cons: I enjoy creating success for our organization. More collaboration on design and talking through with me and my team would increase product value.

"Safe solutions for electronic signatures as well as storage capabilities of sensitive documentation! "

Overall: Hands down you have The Best Customer Service Staff! The attention to detail as well as the perseverance of your staff to make contact to resolve issues is a above and beyond! We are a small business and pride ourselves in that field. We feel that Scan 123 does too and it shows!

Pros: I feel this is a safe place to store our sensitive documentation. I also appreciate the simplicity of sending documents out for signature. Very easy to use!

Cons: I would love a folder that stores our uploaded documents. It should show the current forms we use and possibly the archived ones should we ever need to reference them or should they need to be implemented again. In order for us to see them now, we are having to create a fake client/caregiver or look through the files that are already prepopulated with personal information. I do not like this aspect.

"The Process"

Overall: Fast response time when there are issues as well as great document management.

Pros: As mainly a user of scan123, I can effectively confirm that it works rather efficiently. Our documents are archived in an organized manner and scan123 makes it easy to locate past documents that may need to be retrieved.

Cons: I do use an outdated scanner that is not always great to use.

"Scan123 is the way to go"

Overall: We are getting ready to recommend Scan123 to our peers in our industry as it will simplify the hiring of employees and onboarding of new clients.

Pros: Easy to implement and very versatile to use for our needs.

Cons: I like all the features, it might be good to allow the end user an option to input their own documents at some time in the future

"Great product. Saves time and space!"

Overall: Easy to use. Rarely has glitches or technical problems. Easy to find things. I don't know how we survived without it!

Pros: Easy to use. Efficient. Cost effective. Can be used with any DMS. Saves space since we can shred a lot of documents immediately, instead of storing them for years.

Cons: I'd like to be able to create my own cabinets, but other than that, I really can't complain. :)

"Positive interaction with the Scan 123"

Overall: My overall experience with Scan 123 has ben extremely positive. I am especially pleased with Rosie Perikul, Customer Success Coach. She is very responsive and professional.

Pros: I like the security and ease of use for our caregivers and clients.

Cons: I would like to be able to see the actual ticket after I submit it. Not Just the ticket number.

"Love Scan123"

Overall: Very convenient and easy to use. Makes my life easier to just look at my computer for my documents

Pros: It is so easy to use and love that we can store our documents into Scan123.

Cons: I can not come up with any complaints. Just love that I can store all of my documents into this system.

"Excellent System To Use & Excellent Customer Service!"

Overall: I have had a very positive experience with Scan 123. It's a very simple system! And, when there has been an issue, the help I received from their customer support team has always been awesome!

Pros: A very quick, easy way to store, and file, service and body shop repair orders!

Cons: Really there is nothing I don't like about it!

"login issue"

Overall: communication with [sensitive content hidden] was fast and easy.

Pros: scan123 provides an easy way to search for information on a dime.

Cons: login issue can be frustrating but can understand the protocol behind 2-step authentication.

"Customer Support"

Overall: I'd give them a 10 if a copy process could be set up.

Pros: Fast service, ease of creating cabinets and storage.

Cons: I would like to make a recommendation that we be able to "copy" files rather than move them when needed. I am going through a State Sales Tax Audit, and we could not copy documents without being an IT expert and at that, not sure if it would work. So we laboriously moved documents, one by one, to a special cabinet for the auditors. Maybe something could be done to make that process easier.

"Scanning issues"

Overall: First time working with the company. process easy. was having issue documents not showing up and was taken care right away.

Pros: They took care of right away. easy product to use.

Cons: When I first stating scann123, documents will show under search right away now i have to wait 24 hours to 48 hours to show up in search bar.

"Scan123 Review"

Overall: Scan123 has been a great addition to the business with the ability to keep all of our invoices and other documents in a secure place while being able to keep track of them easy and efficiently. I would highly recommend scan123 to any businesses that have to deal with a high volume of customer documents that need to be organized responsibly.

Pros: My favorite features of Scan123 would have to be the search tool and its amazing ability to be able to find any document you are searching for, not only through the doc or folder name but through keywords in the scan as well!

Cons: Most of the features of Scan123 I have had a positive experience with, if I do have an issue the customer service team are amazing at helping to solve any issues you may have. The only issue I have had with scan123 has not been based on the application so I don't really have any recommendations for it.

"Suuport is awesome"

Overall: Always a pleasure to work with if we need to call in.

Pros: Easy to use and a well thought system. The flexibility of multiple users and partitioning their access is a good thing.

"Solid product, excellent customer service"

Overall: Getting started took some time, and I'd recommend new users start slowly and really think through how you want to name documents and folders to make them easy to sort and locate down the road. That said, I've been really happy with Scan123. In particular, the customer service. The response time and personal attention they offer when you have a question or concern is outstanding.

Pros: The customer service has been consistently terrific for the 4 years we've been with them. Great solution for storing documents digitally instead of in dusty old filing cabinets. Product has been evolving with new features and they really take time with their customers to figure out what works.

Cons: Some of the newer features are designed only for US users. Some minor adapting needs to happen for Canadian users (such as a zip code field that won't accept a Canadian 6 character code).

"Administrative UI Issues"

Overall: See above.

Pros: I only administer user permissions and invitations, and disabling.

Cons: The interface and logic is lacking. I should be able to see a users permissions based on all available locations and checkbox whether they have access or not. I don't have a way to do this other than sending another invitation to add locations. This is NOT a good way of managing this. When a user leaves the company the interface makes me disable them for each location instead of globally disabling the user. I also have no means to change a user's information such as a last name change or email address.

Pros: I think the product is very good but the customer service is excellent! I cannot say enough about [sensitive content hidden]--the 3 people I have worked with.

"Scan123 a valuable tool!"

Overall: This is a great system for record keeping!! It is user friendly and the the support is great.

Pros: The service I get when the system needs a correction or update. Scan123 always makes contact with in 24 hours but usually same day within an hour. Customer service is what matters most to me.

Cons: The only complaint I really have is when my whole system has to reboot and it messes up my settings and I have to contact support. Kind of unavoidable.

Overall: It has been great!

Pros: The easy to use interface, helpful reps who respond/take action quickly, development team who always is looking to improve the interface, and a reasonable price.

Cons: I have had a small number of instances where I have reached out to the support team and haven't heard back for a couple of days or longer, but someone from the support team or [sensitive content hidden] will end up contacting me.

"Car trading doesn't have to be complicated."

Overall: I used the tool to make some transactions in the exchange of some cars and I had a positive experience

Pros: All transactions work easily and quickly; Transmits a lot of tranquility to those who are not in the business (like me); Stores all documentation and facilitates transactions; It transmits security to the person with whom you are doing business because you are using Scan123

Cons: I don't have much to complain about, I believe it would change the order of some items on the panel and the format of some folders

"Seamless, secure document signing and storage"

Overall: We are able to connect with lead prospects quickly and give them the opportunity to review documents at their own pace. The process to send out documents is easy and can be done by anyone in the company with minimal training.

Pros: The ability to easily prepare and send out documents for signing and store them in an intuitive way.

Cons: I cannot think of anything, the customer service and development teams take care of every issue I encounter.

"Automotive user of Scan 123"

Overall: We have really enjoyed it. The team is very respectful and warn us if we are paying to much over a large period of time, Support was quick to set up a new dealership when we got it on line and again helped with the training of the new staff.

Pros: The software was very easy to get set up and going for us, We had 4 locations to get set up, we worked with tech support to get the users set up, then the support team also handled all the training before going live which was a big help

Cons: There was a big gab when we exported our old scanned info and sent them to Scan 123 to be imported into the new site

Reasons for Choosing Scan123: We also use Dealerbuilt for our DMS and they recommended it. We may intergrate down the road but are not yet.

Reasons for Switching to Scan123: Content Central was not as user friendly, and not as easy to set up.

"Satisfied Scan123 Customer"

Overall: Overall, our company has had a positive interaction with Scan123. The onboarding and support that was received has been excellent.

Pros: Scan123 is an easy to use platform. We can train our Recruiters in an afternoon and feel comfortable that they will have all the information and knowledge that is needed to use Scan123 successfully.

Cons: The User Interface is somewhat basic. There is a simple menu on the side and the icons are pretty basic. Hardly worth complaining about, but the review made me enter a con.

Reasons for Switching to Scan123: Our other vendor didn't have the features and support.
