Pros: This financial tool was to be a great alternative to Quickbooks and worked great for the first few years. I liked that it synced with our business account and provided invoice options and emailed receipts to customers.
Cons: Over the life of the product it began to show more flaws in how it synced with certain credit cards and then lost its abililty to connect with a major bank which was the deal breaker. We tried for the better part of a year to remedy the situation while trying out other solutions and then left when customer support failed to respond. They offered a refund of the last year of our usage then told us they couldn't provide that refund due to policy and procedure issues. Several months went by with hope to get the refund lost, then out of the blue, a check finally arrived in the mail. I think that speaks to the integrity of someone in a leadership position. I think things could be with this company but it wasn't like it was in the beginning.
Overall: We used for receipts and invoices with clients and for monitoring income and expenses for the small business. I appreciated the ability to sync but after that became difficult and it required recreating accounts, I lost confidence in the tool.
