Pros

he user experience is great and the ability to create a custom workflow for different users is really helpful. The product also has a great analytics tool which allows me to get insights from my data quickly and easily. The presentation of the data is also very intuitive. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive. The ability to create custom reports and dashboards is a great feature and the training videos are very helpful.

Cons

I don't particularly dislike anything, but we would benefit from having a tighter connection between surveys and fact sheets that is native to our system.
