Pros

I've been using GPS Trackit for a while now, and I'm impressed! It's a great app for keeping tabs on my fleet, whether I have a small business with a few vehicles or a larger operation. GPS Trackit has been a valuable asset in managing my fleet. It's given me greater visibility into my operations and helped me improve efficiency and safety. I highly recommend it!

Cons

I would like to be able to download videos that I request larger, or be able to see them online. Videos of 1 min are hard to find and see what happend

### "Best friend for dispatching"

This is my second experience with Zonar, and am glad I was able to bring it on board for this district. Over time, the program has become even more helpful and intuitive.

Pros

I can see my fleet with the click of a button, and can pull reports on stops, speed and idling from anywhere at any time. Pre trip checks are efficient and accurate, and save us tons of paper by being stored electronically.

Cons

Setting up the wiring was not something we could do without their tech. The drawback is that we had to wait for an appointment.

Zonar has better features than Samsara and they are more intuitive.

### "if you want reliability and customer service\\support then look elsewhere"

lousy customer support even worse when Zonar bought out gps trackit.. gave 45 day notice to cancel service and they claim now i owe the remainder of the year although there invoice states "subscriptions - Monthly" you want to have un-reliable service and tracking this is the company for you.

Pros

At first when it was GPS trackit in 2023 the service worked.. As time went on had continual problem and lack of Support.. Call back in October of 2025 and never was able to get a resolution to an issue with a unit. Finally switched to a different asset based tracking system and everything worked fine.

Cons

Lack of Customer service, Lack of support, un reliable products cheaply made and don't stand behind there product.

My overall experience is great. I really like our rep. The system is easy to use. We have had very few issues.

Pros

The customer service. Our rep is great and very attentive. He always is prompt with getting back to me.

Cons

We had an issue with the system using the correct time zone for the trails. This issue took a few days to get resolved.

New products coming like Bus Suite and hopefully Ignition soon! Really excited to do more. Also looking forward to student ridership tracking improvements.

Excited for Ignition, but wishing it was ready for this event to learn more about it. Understand the delay, but would be great for hands on learning

Knowing where the truck are and so i can let customer know when a technician was there able to find Trucks

Not getting the right speed send to you speed alert when knowing they are not have truck moving when they are not

decent but wish it did more to help mechanics and technicians. Also wish that v3 was more compatible with v4

Wish it had fuel quanity and other on time vital fluid quanities. Also satelites are not always 100% accurate

I like how easy the dashboard is to use and the reporting it gives me to know where I can send a technician.

We love the tools that Zonar provides. They are also wonderful with communication, fleet management, as well as mileage reporting.

It is hard to find the videos. I will look for them and it takes me longer than it should to locate them.

GPS Trackit helps us to locate our technicians, and our dispatcher can quickly assign the closest techs to urgent and the not on the scheduled list jobs.

Pros

Great customer services and real time updates.

Cons

GPS Trackit smart phone app is not very user friendly, and it doesn't update in real time may be due to our carrier VZW's slow 5G service.

Overall, Zonar has been a solid transportation tool for us, and the associated emails we get when a vehicle has a check engine have been helpful.

Pros

Zonar is a great product, especially when we have a vehicle that is out on route, and has mechanical issues. We are able to find the vehicle location, and handle the situation accordingly.

Cons

There have been times when driving one of our buses, that Zonar takes us on a different route to get there.

Pros

I like the ease of finding my bus and tracking the route, seeing the bus times to give parents accurate information

The pop ups, I am trying to look at a route and the pop up to tell me the stop time keeps hindering me

From sales to support, they are an excellent team to partner with. They hire quality support staff, and their sales team is no-nonsense and I greatly appreciate that.

Pros

The service is exceptional, and the product is extremely reliable. Zonar has one of the best customer support models out there.

Cons

The web interface is a bit dated, and not very intuitive to gather and analyze data. It does have a lot of useful information available, but pulling reports becomes cumbersome.

### "Great and Handy"

great product to pin down any mechanical issues and to see where certain expenses are going. Tracking is very important especial in emergency situations.

Pros

The ability to track where the fleet is incase of an emergency and to pull the service records of what needs to be done on fleet.

Cons

Gps losses track and doesn't update for some reason error codes arent shown on some fleet. Cradles break pins way to often.

The ability to easily access vehicle history and track location on a map is a valuable feature for my department, pretty happy with the service.

Pros

How easy is to use it, also the detailed and comprehensive features are a major benefit for our managing fleets.

Cons

Nothing negative to add at this point. Just one day experienced software issues but we called costumer service and it was resolved.

Excellent customer service with the staff on all my issues in the past.

Pros

The staff has always been very helpful with any issues that arise. They always put in a request and follow up that the issue is resolved. I called yesterday and spoke with Santiago and he was able to answer my questions quickly. He had a similar issue in the past. Thank you for all the positive help.

Cons

I had no issues that were negative in any way.

An important feature to us is the awareness of the map, talking about toll booths with efficient time for our company

Nothing about the app is bad for us, is a helpful app
