Pros

I've been using GPS Trackit for a while now, and I'm impressed! It's a great app for keeping tabs on my fleet, whether I have a small business with a few vehicles or a larger operation. GPS Trackit has been a valuable asset in managing my fleet. It's given me greater visibility into my operations and helped me improve efficiency and safety. I highly recommend it!

Cons

I would like to be able to download videos that I request larger, or be able to see them online. Videos of 1 min are hard to find and see what happend

### "Best friend for dispatching"

This is my second experience with Zonar, and am glad I was able to bring it on board for this district. Over time, the program has become even more helpful and intuitive.

Pros

I can see my fleet with the click of a button, and can pull reports on stops, speed and idling from anywhere at any time. Pre trip checks are efficient and accurate, and save us tons of paper by being stored electronically.

Cons

Setting up the wiring was not something we could do without their tech. The drawback is that we had to wait for an appointment.

I have been using this company GPS service for over 10 years now and it has been very beneficial to our operation to have this system in place.

Pros

Ease of use and multiple employees can log in and use it from other divisions. The value for the money to keep track of our service trucks and how long they are on site is very helpful for billing out their time to customer or to check back on repairs from month before.

Cons

The GPS units in our truck will not make contact at time and have to be unplugged and plugged back in to get them to reset .

### "if you want reliability and customer service\\support then look elsewhere"

lousy customer support even worse when Zonar bought out gps trackit.. gave 45 day notice to cancel service and they claim now i owe the remainder of the year although there invoice states "subscriptions - Monthly" you want to have un-reliable service and tracking this is the company for you.

Pros

At first when it was GPS trackit in 2023 the service worked.. As time went on had continual problem and lack of Support.. Call back in October of 2025 and never was able to get a resolution to an issue with a unit. Finally switched to a different asset based tracking system and everything worked fine.

Cons

Lack of Customer service, Lack of support, un reliable products cheaply made and don't stand behind there product.

My overall experience is great. I really like our rep. The system is easy to use. We have had very few issues.

Pros

The customer service. Our rep is great and very attentive. He always is prompt with getting back to me.

Cons

We had an issue with the system using the correct time zone for the trails. This issue took a few days to get resolved.

excellent overall experience. really like that their 'sales' people check in with us regularly and also offer support/answer questions

Pros

Great value for the money. They're continually innovating and asking for customer feedback. Their reporting is top notch compared to all other eld providers I have experience with. The cali carb emissions integration is sooooooo valuable. I don't know that people would chose any other eld product if they knew of this integration and service California. Huge cost savings in that arena.

Cons

a couple releases caused some issues on reports i use daily. but they took feedback immediately and resolved by the next week

Customer support is exceptional—every representative I’ve interacted with has been patient, knowledgeable, and committed to resolving issues quickly. We’ve used the tracking features to update routes and manage day-to-day maintenance, which has significantly improved our workflow. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the product and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable transportation solution.

Cons

The only drawback we've experienced is the RAM docking station. At times, the tablets fail to charge due to a short in the connection, which can be a little frustrating.

Pros

The GPS devices are easy to install and use in any vehicle. The online platform is user-friendly and allows us to track our vehicles in real-time, ability to easily view data, and pull detailed reports. Our Account Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], is also always quick to assist us with anything we need.

Cons

Thus far, we have no complaints with Zonar or their services and producs. We have been happy clients.

GPS Trackit helps us to locate our technicians, and our dispatcher can quickly assign the closest techs to urgent and the not on the scheduled list jobs.

Pros

Great customer services and real time updates.

Cons

GPS Trackit smart phone app is not very user friendly, and it doesn't update in real time may be due to our carrier VZW's slow 5G service.

### "Effective Equipment to Save your Business Money"

Overall, I have had a positive experience with GPS Trackit. I have been using it for years and it has performed well. Customer Service is always responsive and they work well to figure out solutions for any problems that may arise.

Pros

I like GPS Trackit because of the money I have saved from using it. It is very effective at monitoring employee behavior as well. I have used this system to verify completed jobs for payment. I have also used this system to verify complaints regarding my employees driving. There is a lot to like regarding this system and its user-friendly interface.

Cons

I like the old format better than the new cloud format. I do like the capabilities that come with both formats, however.

### "Good Tracking Software "

We have been using this system for over 8 years. Very few problems. Overall I prefer this software to other tracking programs.

Pros

I like the system I just wish the delay in updating was shorter. I do use the live system also. I’m just not used to the live.

Cons

The delay in updating. I wish there was no delay. Usually if the system stops tracking it has not been complicated in getting it back on track.

### "A Perspective from Maintenance"

Positive. It makes finding vehicles hugely helpful to pull for scheduled maintenance, and the odometer is hugely helpful.

Pros

The sheer variety of options, path tracking has tons of information you can pull, from stop/start to speed. Pulling odometers is great, as I work on the mechanical side of things.

Cons

When units have malfunctions, there is no way to determine when/if they occur. It would be nice to have some sort of report that makes note of any units not reporting within X amount of time, especially if we could set separate parameters for each vehicle/category of vehicle.

From sales to support, they are an excellent team to partner with. They hire quality support staff, and their sales team is no-nonsense and I greatly appreciate that.

Pros

The service is exceptional, and the product is extremely reliable. Zonar has one of the best customer support models out there.

Cons

The web interface is a bit dated, and not very intuitive to gather and analyze data. It does have a lot of useful information available, but pulling reports becomes cumbersome.

Ease of use and Tracking. Easy to navigate and find what im needed quickly. Love the Newer GTC experience.

Cons

Bugs and Issues. Occasionally Zonar will not load an asset upon searching. It will say the asset was turned of at a location when it is actually powered on and driving.

Pros

Cons

### "GPS Trackit for LTR Glass Fleet"

We have enjoyed having the GPS system for our fleet. We will definitely continue to use it as it has been very beneficial.

Pros

We are able to track our trucks to see how they have progressed through the day as well as where they are when we need to locate them for any reason. It has helped to curve some of the "idle" time that our employees were taking. It has helped with any emergency circumstance as well as so we could find an injured employee.

Cons

There are times when it doesn't seem to be refreshing and there seem to be times when they may be messing up and show that the device is offline although the truck is on and they are hardwired in. The device usually connects again with time but it can be inconvenient when we need to find one of the trucks and it isn't showing online.

Cons
