Cons too many manual work such as picking Batch number, etc... FIFO N/A, difficult to use multiple sizes (units, case, mastercase, etc..) Support very limited, reporting quite out of date. We've taken our time getting everything ready before Go Live and we're already seeing the benefits. Our Customer Service champion has been great. The customer service rep has taken her time to explain everything clearly since inception and has certainly made the whole experience more fluid as a result. Pros It's great for multi warehouse visibility. The ease of use is very helpful with on boarding team members. Cons Lack of analytical ability within the software. Reason for choosing Unleashed Better product and better service. We can't wait for Microsoft Power BI to be integrated. June 3, 2017 4.0 you can manage your inventory and sales from everywhere Pros The easy features but yet powerful to see profit, landing cost and so on. Of course the cloud features, also printing template were very good Cons Too expensive. Too slow in reloading pages, and customer service too weird. I complained for the price increase, they told me they could not do anything.. so I unsubscribe and started migrating to a new system and only then, they offer me a 50% discount forever... what a waste of time. Pros The package is easy to use. From product creation, assigning cost and selling prices to keeping an eye on the profit margin while invoicing. i also like the recent release to change the product codes. Cons It cannot handle backorders. We do not have the liberty to format reports that we need. And we cannot link our branch via Unleashed. It's fantastic, easy on the eye (VERY important) and constantly being improved. The support, the ease of use and the staff are all fantastic. Such a brilliant company with great customer service. Thanks especially to Kyle who articulated the benefits of the software vs the competition clearly. It was an easy decision after that. Cons The set up is always labourious for any product. We're still trying to apply certain scenarios to the product to understand how we'd use it to its best potential, but this is no reflection on the team. The functionality around receipting in shipments is also excellent Cons I find the way in which cost allocations is done to be completely illogical. I.e. shipment costs are allocated based on the value of the item, not the cubic measurement or weight of the item. While in some cases the ability to allocate shipment costs to an item, in the majority of cases costs should be allocated on cubic measurement or volume otherwise if you ship multiple items ( as we do ) of varying sizes, volumes / weights in the same shipment, the allocations are incorrect Review Source LM Laura M. Had a few problems connecting the Shopify integration with Unleashed and she guided me through it all. Hurrah! Team are really helpful in setting up and able to answer all my queries. The online chat is quick and the answers are easy to understand. It is cost effective for a small company, Cons Some of the search areas are lacking. Also you can set dates when invoices from sales but not when receipting from purchases. Simple to transfer inventory, setup quotes, and the integration with QBO works quite well. Cons I can't attach documents to Sales Orders or Purchase Orders. Document Designer could be improved.
