Better experience for our customers as we have fewer out of stocks and back orders. Reduced costs in freight as we have less back orders and have streamlined ordering from our suppliers. Pros As we are an online store, unleashed has been great for inventory management as it updates live and will make items unavailable online as soon as they are out of stock. This has resulted in far fewer back orders and has reduced the time we spend contacting customers regarding out of stocks and back orders. Conversely, we now have far fewer out of stock items as we have a better understanding of stock levels and are able to streamline our ordering from suppliers. Review Source JF John F. When we got queries from clients using Xero about a recommended inventory software, we can proudly refer to Unleashed and in many times it can meet the clients' expectation. Pros \- It really works. - Ease of use, Unleashed got exporting and reporting features. - It integrates well with Xero. - The helpful and responsive customer support. - It got Learning & Training resources Cons We're looking forward to new improvements in integration with Xero. March 2, 2018 5.0 Pros I love the dashboard and the ability to quickly view my inventory status and costs. I tried over 8 different inventory management software programs and Unleashed came out on top every time. Cons I wish I could add monthly quota's and view last month sales in the dashboard. Cons Biggest negative is the system not auto allocating a number when importing orders, purchases etc. I don't know any company that does not use consecutive numbering for forms, so this should be a no brainer for any system. July 11, 2018 5.0 My client has better control over inventory from all aspects - financial, logistics and management time. Pros My client and I enjoyed the ease of use, help and tutorials. The connectivity to other apps such as Xero and Shopify was critical in selecting Unleashed as SAAS. The Unleashed support is great, very helpful and responsive. The information available to the client now is streets ahead of pre-implementation phase and resulted in optimisation almost immediately. Cons Lacking some useful reports meaning users have to manipulate excel to derive information. However Unleashed support noted requests for various reports and have added these to late updates. We needed to add another 3rd party to successfully integrate with Shopify. Cons The inability to integrate directly with UPS and the lack of automated emails to customers upon shipment. While we have the benefit of selling excellent products and enjoy great customer support, we also realise that we need a point of difference to remain competitive. Our difference is highly focussed customer service and support, Unleashed allows us to keep tight control of our inventory systems and order process. Unleashed is central to our company offering industry-leading customer focussed support. After spending over 15 year in this industry, we have never before been able to access timely accurate stock information, process orders or know exactly what our live stock position is. On the rare occassion that we need support , the team at Unleashed have been quick, professional and obviously values the support they offer their customers as much as we do with our customers. Director Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Unleashed is fundamental to our business" April 2, 2018 5.0 Pros Cloud-based, easy to use. It integrates straight into Xero (cloud-based accounting software which is awesome too). The Unleashed mobile app is good too - giving an instant look at all orders before we visit a customer. We would have died under the admin/logistics burden if we didn't have Unleashed - it allowed us to launch a new company and ramp up to annual run rate revenue in under 4 months. Cons It takes some work setting up the system and each new production run batch. It required a few calls with the Unleashed support team to understand how to set things up, but once done we were fine. Review Source JS Jordan S. The commands are simple. The procurement features from PO creation to receiving is very efficient specially in tracing the cost history and auto computation of landed cost using the purchases data. The creation of product and editing the product is very easy. The production feature is not complex and accurate . Cons As of the moment all things are smooth when it comes to our usage. October 4, 2016 3.0 The interface mirrors that of many inventory management solutions and is easy and straightforward to use. Pros It's easy to use. Customer support is excellent and gives detailed, personal responses within a day. Cons Does not offer Amazon integration. I feel many merchants including us use Amazon, and the workarounds are very cumbersome. Creating Amazon as a customer and updating inventory everyday (including returns, unshipped products, and when Amazon just flat out loses or eventually finds lost inventory) is too tedious. The automatic syncing with Xero is extremely helpful Cons Some clients do not need as much of a complicated system as Unleashe provides, but better than the accounting package.
