Pros: - Connection to other booking platforms like viator, tripadvisor, getyourguide and more ...
- Responsive for all clients (PC, MAC, ipad, iphone, android)

Cons: - The employer which is working with the app in the tablets have no possability to take money in diffrent currencies. Only one currency for cash payment for bookings on the street.
- At evening after a working day can't print out a cashbox report. How many should be in the cashbox is in the moment not reportable ...

This is the onliest thing, rest of the software ist great!!!!

Pros: The ability to have an integrated webpage, booking system, and reservation support system all in one, saves so much time and money. Change your schedule? Add a trip? Change it once, immediately updated on the webpage, etc. Support has been very friendly, and unlike other systems, the system works consistently. It calculates taxes correctly. It keeps a complete reservation history - no trying to guess what happened or why. We looked around a lot, made a couple of changes to what we used. This is the best by a long shot. And more comprehensive.

Cons: The system has a lot of flexibility - so you will probably go through a few tweaks until you find the mix of options you prefer. There may not be a simple 1-2-3 setup guide that fits your particular operations, but chances are it WILL do what you want. It will never lose information on you, and they are good at fixing/adding tools that the user base requests. The platform technology is modern, clean interface, interfaces with the big reservation portals (Viator, etc).

Pros: I like the very efficient customer support.
Features are getting better everyday; they listen to their customers.

Cons: Not being able to make bundle changes. I have to make a change to each item.
Prices are not on the cheap side; it could be priced a bit more positively for the small business owners.

Pros: It is all in one: booking system, payment gateway and channel distribution. Calendar Sync works just fine. No need for anything else. Customer service is above expectations.

Overall: Finally, have a overview for all our products in one place.

Pros: Two of the salesperson, are really nice and even try to help but many times it is a technical issue that they cannot solve, and that it simplifies having to send confirmation emails manually, or follow up emails and that we can create fields to get some information about our clients to be properly prepared for the type of guest coming.

Cons: What I like least...here is the list: -No quality customer service or person to speak to (especially on weekends which are our busiest days) -A little mistake can be nearly impossible to fix easily without having to do HOURS of work to fix it. -The calendar online fits HORRIBLY on an iphone (where most of our bookings are done) and many of our customers say they cannot book, but it's just likely that it is not obvious that you have to scroll or click. -Tons of bugs that have prevented customers from booking. -Guests tell us all the time they cannot book -Paypal doesn't work sometimes -The app has to be shut down and reopened to be accurate -The app has TERRIBLE and limited functionality -We see people that are trying to book all the time and don't - but we have no idea if it's because they can't or just get frustrated and give up. -I don't think that anyone from the technical department asks for feedback from non-trekksoft users who aren't accustomed to how the app works (try asking people to use it off the street) -Clients complain that confirmation emails go to spam Honestly, with all the issues we've had, I am surprised they are in business. To me, all the problems we have had is completely UNACCEPTABLE for a business that is supposed to help augment and simplify your business process. I have to CONSTANTLY do test bookings and be monitoring to be sure there are not problems. This takes hours per week of supervision and creates sooo much stress. The worst part, is no one probably has any idea how much business they are losing unless you spend all your time monitoring it. Don't waste your time or money with them...do your research and go elsewhere.

Pros: Teekksoft is easy to use. It helped me to simplify the management and booking process of my tours. It's the software that every activity provider should have. The added values are dfinitely their webinars, insider's guides and reports which are so helpful and absolutely free. Pros: Nothing, because they ripped us off, took our money and dissapeared. Nothing actually worked for us and I don't need to mention the worst customer service ever, they don't care about customer and I can just say it is a SCAM! Be careful.

Cons: No customer support, slow and too complicated system with too many featuers. They worst customer service ever, after we paid they dissapeared and never delivered anything! The system is not worth a penny! SCAM!

Overall: No benefits at all, too slow and to complicated to use not to mention the price.

Pros: Easy to get the information you are looking for and easy to make changes. Always being able to know how many, places are left on activities.

Cons: Sometimes the lay out can be confusion to many options. The lay out where dates are just coming straight after each other.

Pros: 2 years ago, when I was looking for a Tour management software, I was looking something like Trekksoft: Easy to use backoffice dashboard, friendly, dynamic and easy to use websites, Costumer support is on point: helpful, friendly and fast. It has improved a lot in the last 6 years with the new account manager, the service has become quicker and friendlier. Appart from that, interesting and up to date webinars, Ebooks and other news. Booking system works pretty well and accepts all kind of credit cards.

Cons: There were some cons at the beginning (we started using Trekksoft 2 years ago) but most of the issues have been addressed or corrected. We are now enjoying a very estable service.
One of my only cons Is that I still dont see a what to offer better rates for early bird bookings (my old booking system use to have it).
For the price, Trekksoft is pricey but worth it in the long term (if you join one of their annual suscriptions). I still find disappointing to pay for each offline booking (when I never use their Payment Gateway) having a professional account, that is probably my biggest con.
Regardless, is a great software and I believe they will keep getting better over the years.

Overall: Booking software, easy management, great service, fresh websites, easy accounting

Pros: i find it easy to use and well setup - the main reason i joined was that i am not technical enough and this bridges that issue

Overall: all i wanted was more website traffic and trekksoft has delivered, now to convert this traffic

Pros: Relatively easy to use and to set up compared to other products. It also had all the features that I was looking for.

Cons: In theory Trekksoft does everything it says it does but the reality is different. I collect a deposit, then send out a second invoice for final payment closer to the tour. It was so confusing that even my account manager from Trekksoft had difficult saying how much the customer owed.

Then, the amount showing wasn't even correct. I waited for over two months for this to be fixed but it never was.

It's the worst customer service I ever had and the product bugs are huge.

Great, easy to use, an very useful for who need an high constumizable softwere for packages!

Pros: this software if full service booking suite with all the bells and whistles that go with it. Trekksoft have not left a stone unturned if you need it to run your tourism based business then Trekksoft has it covered.

Cons: The only thing that I found frustrating is that on the start-up package you have an initial account agent for the set-up process but once you have set-up you needs to email support team for answers and to assistance. Although I do agree that with the low their packages and account manager should not be an ongoing thing. I think it would be best to have a point of contact for at least the first 6 months of signing up to allow for further training and questions.

Overall: its a full service tourism suite.

Pros: Easy and fast experience for clients on the front end with great visual appeal and seamless integration with my own website. The booking process for clients is really easy for the most part and I also like that TS provides a free website on their own so that I keep both my own website up on our client computer in our sales office, but also another tab open with the TS site showing our tours and rentals as well. The TS site focuses on showing the tours in a boxed setting so it is super easy to find the one you are interested in on just one page. The two sites working together make is really easy for clients to find what they are looking for.

I also looked at at least a dozen other platforms before choosing TS, and one of the biggest problems I found with other sites was that they didn't allow for Add-Ons at all, or if they did, they didn't allow for them to be showcased with photographs and full description. TS beats everyone out when it comes to best possible showcasing of any item you have for sale. TS also allows you to include those Add-Ons easily and simply during the booking process, which makes our up sale of all our Add-Ons a sure thing for almost every booking.

Cons: I would like to see a few more back end features for the tour operator personally. Such as having the print out of the booking contain all the items purchased by the clients for easy record keeping, such as the Add-Ons. Our company uses Add-Ons heavily so our clients have a more immersive touring experience. We offer 3 different kinds of picnics, hotels on some tours and even entrance fees for some of the tours, though these items never show up on the email that is sent to us to show the booking has been completed. It doesn't list the Add-Ons so we must therefore go back into the system as an extra step, click on the details button and then scroll through the list to see what other items may have been included. Though not a deal breaker by any means, it is inconvenient and time consuming.

I would like to see in the future live people available to answer questions on the fly, rather than having to wait one or two days for them to get back to you after you've left a message on the chat line. If I have a question, it is usually involving a sale in that very minute so having to wait several days to even have someone acknowledge the question is frustrating as that means I must put my own clients on hold until TS gets back to me. A live chat person, at least during normal business hours in my country, would be a wonderful improvement.

Overall: Great price, great platform, great visual content. Love the payments coming in once per month like clockwork. Thanks so much!

Comments: Be warned about this company - they are good at marketing and promising everything about their product but they fall far from delivering on their promises and can seriously damage your business.

Cons: The pre sales people will do everything they can and promise you everything to get you on board - but after that you will not received the same level of response again. - The actual technical setup of the site causes lots of SEO issues and google to penalize you giving you no chance of doing well in rankings. You are very limited on what you can do to make changes to help this. Our sales dropped 60% when we switched. - The tech support is just a system to fob you off with next to no support at all. They have a "helpdesk system" chat type interface right in the admin , you ask a question and it will take min hours but more likely a day or so for someone to reply but that reply will usually not be an answer but just "we will pass this onto the support team" . So basically can take days to just have you request passed to support. From there your lucky if you get a response in less than a week , often taking many weeks for a reply. -The checkout cart is extremely bad and has extremely high abandonment rates. Also the fact that you can only book one product at a time loses lots of sales or puts people off from booking at all - The payment processing fees are very high, and that is on top of an already expensive fee you pay for the system, charges for refunds, placing bookings (even for offline bookings there are fees!). - The checkout cart currency conversion system is a ripoff that just annoys your customers and results in lots of complaints about you over charging them. Basically , by default it is set to have Trekksoft handle the conversion and they rates in their favor to make more money - it is possible for the customer to choose to have their bank do the conversion but this is not obvious and no one does, so they only find out when there are excessive charges in their bank account. So make it worse a problem we experience on several occasions (and i reproduced this , reported it and was told it wasnt a problem / brushed aside)) is a double conversion - example using a credit card in USD to pay for the products priced in USD on our site the customer have teh payment converted to a non usd currency (incurring charges by trekksfoft) then it was presented to the USD credit in the non USD currency , therefore incurring conversion charges again. Basically for USD priced items with a USD credit card was doublely charged for currency conversions! - some tours that showed as being authorized had problems in the trekksoft gateway back end resulting in us not being paid. When we queried these we were given random excuses trying to fob us off and avoid paying (never resolved). The issues go from top to bottom - CEOs and senior management have been included in email complaints about them not responding (several emails over a month period) to my request for answers regarding the many thousands of USD they owe us but we get no response. Last email informed them of impending legal action and it receive a swift apology and a promise it would be investigate by a support manage , with a follow up response the following day. That what several days ago and nothing so I have no choice but to take legal action against the company now.

Overall: Promised everything but got excuse after excuse and TrekkSoft never delivered. I received my annual fee of $3229 back through PayPal dispute process. I'll stick with PeekPro.

Pros: the complete and well tinked

Cons: Not so easy to start the uploading contents. Understandable by the complexity of the tool

Overall: I'm in the uploading contents fase however I already note that this software is a powerful tool. The assistance support is very important and you made it also very accessible.

Comments: I was looking for an easy-to-integrate and affordable solution for collecting online payments for a long time. When I found Trekksoft it really helped my business to overcome difficulty to receive payments from travelers world wide. Their support is good, actually the thing I like the most about Trekksoft is that you still talk to real people, not to some ticketing system. So far I didn't face any issues, and I'm using Trekksoft for three years now. I hope it stays that way. There is plenty of cool features this software has, but unfortunately those are available only in most expensive plan which is not affordable to majority of small tour&activity companies.

Comments: Hi,

The last month one of our office workers have spent 30 hours trying to get everything to work allright. And there´s still a lot of things that doesn´t work as i should.

Bookings is not showing in the calendar as it should etc. This is time consuming for us and a problem when we have to double check the system all the time... It´s obvious something wrong with TS because it´s showing the right way in or linked google calendar.

It´s would be good with some form of compensation for this, because it cost us a lot of money.

Comments: I've been working with this software more or less since they started with the business, more or less the same time my company was launched. Since the beginning many features have changed to get better. Actually they have multi language support, they are improving and adding functionality and more. The software itself is flexible and provides companies specific functionality tailored to your real needs. They also provide you tools, seminars and further information to improve your sales and marketing politics; so all in all you receive a good service. Customer support could be a bit faster.

Pros: The overall process that unify everything in the same place.

Cons: Too much too soon?

Overall: This software is a good idea because it can simplify everything. Unfortunately we can see that during the design process there were contradictions in the making that are still unresolved...
Some parts are counter-intuitive but fine once you've learned how it works; some are missing like tours that demand "grandeur" and much preparation - we need for administration purpose an overlook on reservation completed, otherwise with an overload of information it is easily lost in the gaps; some are wrong, such as taxes that are removed from the current price to make net price when it is in addition to the nominal value.

On the bright side the connectivity with partners like Viator is really easy, although it is uncertain what information is exchanged with them. The reality, being that every partners have their requirements, makes it difficult to manage all different information especially when it comes down to the reports for accounting.

The fact is that normally "changes" is really difficult in any enterprise. People resist and they do not see why they should because it had work before. Right now I have difficulties on both side of the equation and it makes me wonder whether if all this will end well...

Recommendations to other buyers: If there could be some deadlines along the way so we don't float in limbo

Overall: Trekksoft is a feature rich system with very good customer support. There are several areas that require enhancement such as the mobile app but these enhancements are in development. It would be great if the needed development happened faster. The support team and other staff are responsive, effective and professional. Overall the company, software and staff are very good with the potential to be great.

Recommendations to other buyers: The company seems to be very active in ongoing development but make sure the software can fit your business needs today.

Comments: We are an activity company in Hungary and Slovenia. We use Trekksoft since June 2015 and in overall I am very satesfied with it.
First we have used it only for accepting creditcard payments at our reception desk. It is very simple either you use your computer or your smartphone with card reader.

In 2016 I had to change our old website to a new one and I wanted to add more features to the site. As Trekksoft gives everything what I need (even more) it was logical to build a website with using their system. You don't need to be an expert in programing or super smart. It is very very easy. Even if you stuck or you would need some help the support team is allways there for you. (For example hungarian language was not available, but I needed it. We managed it pretty quick, so for now hungarian is an option too.)

We had our own developed booking and administration system which is pretty good, but I must say Trekksoft knows much more, so we decided to use the booking system from the upcomming season in 2017. It it very simple and many things are automatized, like vouchers, pre and after trip infos and many more. The system can connect you to Online Travel Agents what can be a hugh help in sale.

About Money. There are different subcription plans... It is not cheap, but when you think about how much would you pay for your own developed booking system and a website and marketing and so on... Believe me it's worth the money.

Trekksoft is not only about their system. They support you with many advises, like webdesign or online marketing ideas, how to use social medias, checklists how to prepare yourself for the next season and so on.

I think with Trekksoft and their super team everything you picture is possible.

Comments: I started using Trekksoft shortly after we just opened our tour operation business and we where in a big need for a tool to make us visible and also manage our guests. Since this day- no regrets. As we are a small company and back in the days had no money for hiring someone to build our web, handle our systems etc. Trekksoft offered it all for a reasonable cost. Also it is really easy to use even for someone who has no idea in building websites and handling back office. Also communication with them has always been really fun and everybody is always really helpful. They also organise different interesting Webinas and have an interesting blog I would recommend to follow.
Would always recommend for anybody working in tour business.

Pros: The ability to accept payments online and the scheduling/booking desk

Cons: Not sure yet as I still need to master it

Overall: I like it because of the multitude of features and organisational capacity coupled with not only online monetising but website integration. It's relatively user friendly for what's inside and if you can put in the time to read some chapters you can use it well. It's really the best all-in-one tour booking software out there.

Pros: Provides a wide range of well-designed templates to suit a large variety of client priorities and requirements.

Cons: Could do with a site map or a help function to enable the client to chase up on questions which might not fully necessitate a call to the customer service centre.

Overall: Having seen the site a fellow travel guide in the UK had built based on one of Trekksoft's templates I decided it was high time I 'pimped' my internet shop-front - so many tour guide sites are purely functional calling cards, which make no attempt to visually attract tourists their direction, and are merely there - in a perfunctory way - to make information available for prospective customers. Much of Trekksoft's approach on the other hand, seems to revolve around the simple philosophy of enabling the client to upload photo's which will make up a large part of the homepage and/or other pages, and of providing various templates in which the uploaded content can engage prospective users of the service. I found the initial training to be very straightforward - where questions arose further along the line, follow-up assistance was prompt and clear. Thanks again to Olan in Dublin and Jordan in Trekksoft customer service who helped get my one-man walking tour show off the ground!

Comments: Trekksoft is my first online booking system so I have nothing to compare it with. First impression: somewhat complicated menus, not always self-explaining. The system is a bit slow, especially with regards to the search in bookings. The tickets should be easier to customize. I want the tickets to show whether it use a reservation or a paid ticket. It should be possible to print a smaller size ticket from a Bluetooth portable printer.

Overall: Found the support at the start very helpful. The on going emails and the helpful e-books.
Very disappointed in the bookings that we have received via this system during the first year so making it not cost effective. Disappointed in the way that it displays on our website and would like some improvement in this area. At the moment it works with a book now button taking the customer through to a display of the activities that we offer all in one list and the customers have to scroll down the list to find what they are looking for. Would prefer that when the customer is looking at an activity that a book now button against the activity takes you directly to that activity only with the options available for that activity so they don't have to scroll through all the activities so in a nut shell need to be a better customer experience on our website. Would also like to attract more customers to book via all the different avenues. If someone could please give me a call to discuss how to improve the customer experience that would be much appreciated

Cons: One time you changed my subscription to a lower one and could not connect via API, but that was resolved, though. The other thing I do not like is that the system issue one voucher or ticket for each passenger, it would be nice that just issue one with the number of people of a basket. Custom field names are a little bit confusing, since I need information of each passenger and still not able to, I have to ask them after purchase via email.

Overall: This is very useful for us, but unfortunately, we could not get the most use of it because the lacking of time to rebuild our website, but still we did have a lot of bookings and made our customer's life easier.

Recommendations to other buyers: Connection with Facebook shop. More ease to use the custom field of checkout and the ticket issuing.

Cons: The system can be slow at times. The reports are not as strong as I need them to be. These are concerns they are addressing with me.

Overall: Well, as luck would have it, I actually used Capterra as a tool to research software solutions for reservations management. I found it extremely helpful, so I'm adding my two cents to support Capterra in helping users like you and I to make informed decisions. Enough about Capterra... let's talk TrekkSoft.

The elevator pitch version goes something like this: TrekkSoft supports a wide range of company sizes from little to Big. The major attractions of TrekkSoft are a) It's ability to connect you to marketplaces; b) CSS/HTML control in select areas of the software; c) Interdepartmental connections between guest/inventory management, accounting, tour operations, and marketing; d) Online booking feature allows you to earn passive income while you focus on improving business.

The longer version of my review includes a few more gory details pertaining to functionality, company culture, software potential, and business potential. Our first few months with TrekkSoft were rocky. No sugar coating here! The sales team over-promised on a few items, which was disappointing. Ask as many questions as you can and get things in writing - as you should with any company you are interviewing! The flip side of this coin is that they have worked with us on various functionality and features to resolve our issues.... some at a cost, and others not. Either way, their team has the rare trait of listening to feedback and implementing changes when possible. It has been an intense few months of getting set up and we are still working out some bugs. That being said, we are a larger, more established company than some of the smaller tour operators that might get set up in the average 14 days that they prescribe. Some changes were critical to our business process and others were user improvements that have shown me the potential for how TrekkSoft can truly connect multiple departments in our company to one hub. Not only to cut down on procedures that are disconnected, laborious, and manual, but to vastly improve collaboration. We are taking baby steps in this area, but the vision is tangible and attainable. Lastly, the online booking feature, as well as marketplace channel manager, is a reservoir of business growth that is waiting for us to tap into more. Again... baby steps. After all the plusses and minuses, I can say that we are in a better place than before we had TrekkSoft. We are growing and I believe things are only going to get better.

Comments: Since I installed the Trekksoft on our websites, our online booking was increased twice. Very easy to understand and to do booking online, instead to respond to so many emails. We highly recommend Trekksoft for all tour companies.

Pros: I like their platform and it´s very convenient since I can add as many tours and services the way I want.

Cons: Their Payment Gateway, which should be the best service available had an enormous amount of problems since we hired them. We missed lots of sales because of that.

Overall: I´ve been using Trekksoft platform for the last 4 months and we had a huge amount of problems since then. The person we deal with is a good guy but the technical support from the company is useless to correct the bugs that occur over the platform.

Recommendations to other buyers: Think well before you hire them even more if you are thinking of only using their payment gateway! Be prepared and have lots of patience.

Comments: The main hostel holds 205 people at one location and another 150 at our 2nd property so we are pretty busy dealing with issues within the hostel along with making sure all of the guests are happy while staying with us. Using TrekkSoft as our booking software for tour and activities gives us the ability to book move, rebook, refund, update and check passenger lists which give us on reception more time to help the customers with other issues. If guests staying at the hostel want to know how many spots are left and what times the trips are running it takes me 3 clicks on the dashboard and I can give my guest the information. It saves me constantly being on the phone to tour providers checking passenger lists, checking time schedules which in turn promotes productivity and efficiency.

Pros: - The customer support is priceless, from setting TrekkSoft up to troubleshooting certain functions. - Real time updates on passenger lists which prevents over booking. - We can monitor our growth, sales from our website and our front desk with the reports and analytics features. - The connect-ability between us and our partners in the tourism industry is a big one, it has turned our hostel into a central hub for locals and tourists!

Cons: - With every software there are bugs which occasionally pop up here and there but they get sorted and resolved once you let them know. - We some times feel over whelmed with the new product releases because we feel like we are not utilizing all of the functions available to us.

Comments: Be aware about testing every functionality you want to use during the trial period.
Take the maximum approach you can and if you are not working with dollars or euros make sure you already have a payment gateway and all set on your bank to get correctly the payments.

You may get amazed with al the functionalities they offer. Just make sure your business is big enough to afford the expenses.

They will do their best to fit in your business and show you ways to grow.

Comments: The app is nice looking, a bit hard to use as it has so many functionalities and makes you look pretty professional. The main reason I cancel is the dishonest attitude of Nate Pirc who forced me to sign up and pay on 31/03/2016 arguing that Trekksoft rates were going to be raised on 01/04/2016 and that by paying on 31/03 was the only way I could have the regular (not raised) price. Of couse, he said it in a phone call in order to do not leave written evidence. He also lied about the acceptance of Colombian Pesos on Trekksoft payment gateway. Finally I have to thank Natalia Alzate for being the only one who actually cared about my situation after signed in.

Pros: Nice looking and professional. Beautifull tickets and effective integration. Webpage builder is also acurrate for tour operators. They know what they do. Integration proces is pretty well attended and they are doing an effort to make it easy for spanish speakers.

Cons: Customer service further than integration is very slow. Sales force? The fastest I had seen to make you pay for the service. Sadly they never showed up again after I paid. Afortunately I chose a monthy plan and not the year contract they were insisting to sell.

Comments: my company has used Trekk soft, which I have to say has left me feeling I wish I had never used them, they were quite helpful before we paid for the site, I cant say the same since it was completed, live chat nobody gets back, and the comment is always someone else deals with that. The bottom line is they don't want to know, which amazes me as they are dealing with tour operators, the last thing they need is bad press. We were listed on google in the top 5 for many years, since using TS we have completely disappeared from google.

Comments: For quite some years we were taking bookings with PayPal in a very time consuming and not really professional way, but we dealed with it. But once we tried to upgrade to 'Business' incredible problems rose. Customers service at PayPal have no idea what they were talking about. Everytime you try to contact them again for the same issue, you alway deal with another person. As many persons I spoke to, as many advises I got. Eventually they simply blocked my account and just left me and my company without any means to take online bookings. So for PayPal, less than zero stars. During research on the Internet for an alternative booking system, I quickly found out that it's very difficult to get a Payment Gateway setup if your living and running a business in a country such as Cambodia. I also found out that so called 'Free' online booking systems are very limited in terms of possibilities and terms & conditions I did not felt comfortable with. Than I came across Trekksoft. I was completely surprised of the 'customer care'. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly and usually replies on various questions are almost instantly. My biggest concern of getting a Payment Gate setup was solved in less than a second. Actually you do not need one and can simply use Trekksoft Payment Gateway. No questions asked and no need to send tons of business documents. The Trekksoft account was setup very easely and after a couple of days, we were online again.

Pros: Even for the 'Standard' account, lots of possibilities. Very professional appearance. Incredible support team. Not free, but also 'No' worries. Very easy to obtain a Payment Gateway. On the fly tracking of bookings and block dates. Literally taking your business in your pocket.

Cons: It has a fairly steep learning curve but very well balanced out with the amazing support. Not yet flawless intergratable with Joomla. No Android App available yet. Payout only once a month.

Comments: I took months to find the right company to help manage our growing adventure company. We use many different outlets and marketing strategies so the company needed to have its feet under it and provide enough bells and whistles to accomodate several specific nuances. After many calls, emails back and forth and contacts with various staff members, we finally decided to use Trekksoft and are very happy with our decision even almost 1 year later.

Pros: Great Customer Service

Cons: They don't promote for you but I guess that's my job anyway.

Comments: I have been using Trekksoft for three years. It has been easy to learn and manage. We are able to actively manage our trip's capacities, while also designing our CMS page with many different options. Our guests are able to easily sign up for our trips, and the payment process is seamless online. I have used other booking systems in the past, and Trekksoft is more useful for our company as well as our guests!

Comments: Trekksoft is a really good software for Tour Operators and it improves every year in order to make our job as easy as possible. We have been using it for 6 years now and we notice all the changes and the hard work they go through to improve the system.

It still has to adjust the accounting aspects in order to respect the laws requested from the different countries and improve some aspects related to martketing but besides from this, the software is great and it provides lots of tools for the Tour Operators.

We can customize our vouchers, website, emails, tour capacities and lots more. Also their team is always available to help in case of any difficulties or problems we might have with the website. We would recommend this software to all small or big tour operators.

Comments: Using TrekkSoft booking system has brought our business operations to a new level and saved us hours of everyday tasks to keep our business flowing and prevent overbooking. We provide speedboat tours from Split to the nearby islands and what we needed was an easy to use booking system which will help us monitor available capacities at all times no matter where we are at the moment.

The biggest advantage of TrekkSoft booking system is the ability to integrate booking buttons right on our existing website . This was very important to us as we spent significant amount of time designing our website and making it easy to navigate and use.

The second big advantage of TrekkSoft system is of course its mobile application which enables us to instantly check and if needed change the capacities of each tour we provide on any available tour date. Application also enables us to scan our customer ticket making it very useful when our guests arrive at our office as we can find their ticket details in a blink of an eye.

Finally we really love the partner network which is another great feature of TrekkSoft which enables us to connect with different tour operators in the area and promote their tours on our website without the need to call them to check for the available capacities of a particular tour. Everything is automatized and connected making the booking of our partner tours as easy and fast as if we were booking our own tour.

All in all TrekkSoft is a great tour booking system but the great customer service they provide and the help that they offer regarding any question we might have makes it even better.

Comments: We initially struggled to not only find a product that assisted us to display our tours in an attractive and informative manner, but also a product that gave us a suitable and effective payment gateway that actually functioned in South America - which we finally found in TrekkSoft.

The inscription process was easy, painfree and affordable, and the set up of our information and pages was super fast (allowing us to recoup the time we lost in our fruitless searches for a product that suited us and our location).

The user assistance and support provided by Anthony and Eric is particularly noteworthy in their dedication to helping, impressive level of customer service, quick responses and patience.
