QorusDocs is, by far, the best Content Management / Proposal Management platform on the market today! We know, we switched from another well-known platform. Pros QorusDocs is, by far, the best Content Management / Proposal Management platform on the market today! We know, we switched from another well-known platform. We submitted an RFP to a dozen players, 8 responded, 5 made the first paper cut, 3 gave us sandboxes to play - and in the end, QorusDocs won on function, support and roadmap. During our testing, we discovered that QorusDocs used QorusDocs to reply to our XLS RFP (not easy, right?)! Wait, that's not all! QPilot, QorusDocs' industry leading AI assistant, is smart and safe (permission based and grounded). On top of that, we can store proven/vetted prompts for our user to "just click on!" I could go on and on... Try QorusDocs and QPilot. Like us, you'll wish you switched sooner!!! Cons Nothing really to report here. As a result, we've accelerated our output and handled more tasks effectively. We're also regarded as smarter and more effective than ever before. Pros Once our team underwent proper training through Qorus University, we found QorusDocs to be user-friendly and intuitive. I particularly appreciated the smart fields, and after mastering the application of smart rules, our efficiency and productivity significantly accelerated. Cons Getting started with QorusDocs was a prolonged process for us. We felt the need for more initial support, and it became evident that we required additional help from Qorus and an internal team member to focus on training, database creation and cleanup, and template building. Once we carved out the time to do self-guided training, we realized it wasn't as complicated as we thought. We just needed to do it! And Qorus gave us the additional support we needed. Pros The software fully integrates into all of Microsoft's suites which is ideal for collaboration. The ability to use PowerAutomate to customise and make other work easy is just brilliant Cons When starting the project, understanding taxonomy and content structures were really hard. But after I had grasped why this is so important and needed to be done, the rest was easy. December 20, 2022 5.0 We are solving almost all of our process holdups with QorusDocs. In addition to increasing efficiencies with the solicitation response process, QorusDocs ensures that we are able to present consistent messaging across our 30 nationwide operating locations. Our experience with implementation was seamless, everyone we have interacted with on the QorusDocs team has been incredibly helpful and personable. We highly recommend QorusDocs! Pros Our Business Development Team is young and previously, we had little-to-no processes for creating, updating, and assembling content for responding to solicitations. QorusDocs was precisely the tool we needed to assist with storing our content, ensuring content is updated periodically, and assembling and producing solicitation responses. This program has already increased our efficiencies as a team and will continue to do so as we adopt each of the available product features. Cons It's difficult to list our least favorite features about the software - any time there is a feature that doesn't yet exist, our customer success team immediately adds a request to create that particular feature. Any issues with the software are usually addressed and resolved same-day and the customer support team is incredibly helpful. Review Source SS Stephanie S. I wish all my vendors were as reliable and responsive than the Qorus team. It is a pleasure to do business with this company, we have expanded our contract by 50% in a year because the field is so enthused with the solution. Pros This software integrates seamlessly in everything Microsoft. I recommend this solution for companies who are running on Azure and using all the Microsoft suite as the integration is superb and completely transparent to the end-user. Data is kept on your company's cloud, not hosted by a third party, and maintenance of the content is done on SPO, not online. Cons I am extremely happy with this solution and this company at large. Like anything, it has some wrinkles here and there once in the weaves of things but overall very minor details that have either been resolved or are on the list of upgrades to be resolved. I also like that it is integrated with MS Office suite...big plus. Cons Initial onboarding was difficult and somewhat confusing, but much improved once our Customer Success Manager took over. Pros The use of smart fields in creating standardised templates, which everyone can use with ease in the organisation. Cons When you copy the link to the pursuit using the "Copy URL" on the pursuit, the link copied is the SharePoint link and not the link to the pursuit in Qorus. August 27, 2020 4.0 Since the bids & sales teams have devolved from a centralised function into regional teams, having access to good, relevant content became more important and critical for new members joining the company. QorusBreeze has helped us to do that and I've seen the quality of bid & proposals content improve significantly. The request for help from the sales teams have reduced as they learn to "self-serve" and client facing documents are getting out the door quicker, with the correct branding and the correct tone, making for a very happy marketing team. The sales guys feel supported and love that. Pros Being able to search and insert content directly into bid responses, proposals or presentations was a game changer for us, especially since clients insist on issuing tenders in Excel and QorusBreeze was the only software that could cope with this. Being able to collaborate and work in the same document is a much valued feature and one I know the global bids and sales teams wouldn't want to lose. Cons Content control; the reviewers and approvers process sounds like a great idea and one I was initially bought into. The reality for a small and busy bids team is very different, lacking the bodies to dedicate to just content control meant content didn't get approved or reviewed when it should, affecting people's ability to use "unapproved" content. The workflow behind this wasn't easy to change but we did manage to create a "workaround", but now requires a big data cleanse to weed out older or obsolete content. Whenever I have a question, they work quickly to get us the answers we need and help us resolve any issues. Pros I love that the new workflows recently set up with the Qorus team are working much better than prior workflow processes. Cons That QorusDocs and Sharepoint are not always cohesive. Cons Bulk document editing could be simpler, but there are workarounds that exist. One of the better proposal management products in the market and our users really like using the panel to pull content from the content library to their working documents. Pros One of the few systems that works very seamless with Word, Excel, and PPT. Very easy to add content from the system to a working document. The ability to pull pitch information that is being tracked isn't great but the team they did create a custom report for us that was very helpful. Cons There are some performance issues with the on prem version when integrating with other firm systems. Pros What I like most about this software is the centralization and ease of both access, sharing and tracking of all our documents and content stored within QorusDocs. Cons What I like least about the software (and this may be a critique of SharePoint), is that it can sometimes be difficult/confusing to make changes to the ContentHub libraries within the many different settings options. Now we have metadata. Now we can filter. Now we have Power BI reports and we're thinking about automation. Pros Qorus allows the proposal manager to stay in "the zone." They can search many sources (e.g., SharePoint sites, OneDrive shares) without leaving Word or Excel and move on. The software fits into the flow of our work beautifully. Cons Sometimes it feels a little glitchy, things don't work, have to retry, etc. And the glitches are sporadic so they are hard to trace. Review Source Madeleine O. Cons It can be a little confusing getting started and building a content library from scratch is tough.
