Pros

I like that its structured end-to-end proposal management solution offers a lot of flexibility to quickly search and identify relevant content from a range of sources, bring it directly into a draft MSO document, and collaborate with team, while accommodating and supporting implementation of our unique workflow.

Cons

The guest user experience which, though improved in response to our organizational feedback, could offer our large guest user population more features, like finding and navigating to pursuits.

Access to proposal-ready content via add-ins in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).Enables users to collaborate and track progress of work on complex RFP response documents.Proposal automation (templates, smart fields) and collaboration (assignments, pursuits) significantly reduces time and effort required to prepare high-quality winning sales proposals.Great integration with SharePoint which allows us to build a powerful repository of approved, reusable content.

Cons

There were some issues with setting up the workflow for expiring content alerts.It takes some time for users to learn how to use the tool (it's not super intuitive).

### "Qorus Breeze to QorusDocs"

We have been with Qorus for many years. We came into the relationship using Qorus Breeze and migrated over to QorusDocs with the publisher architecture. QorusDocs CSMs are stars and have guided us through the process and continue to make our business relationship the key to our success and how we deliver RFP content to our users.

Pros

QorusDocs has many features, many of which we haven't adopted within our organization, and those that we have are well received by our user community. In particular, the way in which we use Campaigns on our UI instance is a sparky way to guide our users to specific libraries.The QorusDocs Add-in is way-cool and our users really enjoy it too.

Cons

Items from our 'wish list' have been implemented but one is outstanding which is the ability to put Campaigns in a preferred order rather than how they are raised. ;-)

### "User in Telecoms"

Having the important documents that are used most in the company in one hub, where people do not have to ask for documents from different people and have to wait for the documents to be sent, with that being an issue to slow down the response of the one who asked for the document, and also documents can be lost if a PC crashes or the person leaves the company. So QorusDocs will help.

Pros

Having company most used document centralized in one hub. Organized for users to retrieve contents with ease, having recommended contents for pursuits of your relevant task and also being able to just searching the document for content you want. Having to see and get alerts on the renewal of your documents on SharePoint.

Cons

When trying to upload documents to the content folder, the file explorer sometimes does not pop up. Which seems like a glitch.

### "Top Quality Customer Support!"

QorusDocs has streamlined our sales process. Everything the team needs to make a new proposal is standardized and at their fingertips. The software is not hard for the team to use and there was 100% adoption.

Pros

The QorusDocs implementation was great. Our on-boarding team led us through the process and elicited what they needed from us, each step of the way. The ongoing support is amazing. Our dedicated customer support specialist proactively schedules a meeting with us once each month. Work life is busy. It's not easy to dedicate time to solving problems with the technology and automation solutions we use. Having a recurring monthly meeting helps us get the most out of Qorus. With each iteration, we are better utilizing this software. These incremental improvements make for meaningful progress in the way that our Sales team creates and manages the proposal process at Parlance.

Cons

I find it hard to find the time to learn to create new automated templates on my own.

Reason for choosing QorusDocs

The biggest factor was that we wanted the process to occur entirely within our own environment. We wanted to pull standard docs from our Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint environments. We did not want to have versioning problems and constantly have to update the vendor's platform with our documents each time verbiage or graphics changed. We worried that if documents were updated on our end, but not input into the vendor's portal immediately, new proposals would not be populated with the latest information. We chose QorusDocs because when documents are updated in our environment, Qorus automatically links to them, and versioning control is never a problem. That's much less work for us and it requires less document management for the Parlance admin of the Qorus proposal automation solution. QorusDocs also offered the most customization and handholding.

Veregy has had a wonderful experience with QorusDocs, from onboarding to continued customer support. QorusDocs customer service is the best, they always respond within a timely manner, and we have access to real people every time we call. In many cases, we are on a screen share with their team within 24 hours.

Pros

The content library and interface with SharePoint Online have proven beneficial, as our organization utilizes SPO, resulting in a seamless implementation of QorusDocs. QorusDocs is easy to implement use and has created efficiencies in our organization. The content library allowed our department to create uniformity in messaging across three regions.

Cons

We would like the ability to customize the RFx screen in the QorusDocs application.

Reason for choosing QorusDocs

The interface with MS Word and SharePoint online is the reason we selected QorusDocs. Our team understands Word and our content was already stored in SPO which resulted in a seamless implementation with very little training needed to get started.

### "Teams Integration is a Game Changer"

Perception of the product has been up and down over the years. For our organization at times it has felt like there were too many steps to manage content, but the latest update has me ecstatic and happy to use the product again.

Pros

All of our sales content is in one easy to access location with add-on access from Word, Excel, PPT, & Outlook.

Cons

Keeping content up to date has always been a challenge, and when trying to push content through to approval it didnt always work and I didnt always know if content did not publish. But now we have a new version that has integration with Teams. This update has made it so much easier for my SMEs to review content, and for me to approve. Also, with the notifications through Teams I know right away that the workflow is working.

### "A nice layer of security and organization for self serve presentation development"

Pros

The cart allows you to combine and build a custom presentation quickly and find/replace custom fields with smart tags is a nice feature that can speed up development for users that are savvy to use it.

Cons

The platform is very slow on our end. It takes a very long time to preview files, view the cart, and utilize the functionality. The add-on also tends to be very slow to load. If a user does not have a license in the organization, they cannot retrieve presentation slides without help from a licensed user.

### "QorusDocs is as robust as it claims to be"

Pros

The front-end UI is very intuitive, but the customization available on the administrative end is also extremely easy to use. On the rare occasion that something goes haywire, no other product in my experience offers tech support or product support as responsive and helpful as Qorus does.

Cons

Occasionally, QorusDocs software has difficulties accommodating special characters in naming conventions, which is ultimately a very minor problem.

The ability for multiple users to have open and edit one document simultaneously has saved us countless hours of versioning and editing.

Pros

From implementation to end-users daily use, Qorus was easy to implement, quick to troubleshoot issues, and well received when rolling out to our organization.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a way to combine Q&A items into one document for SME updates. In other words, the auto-generated email has all of the content in one email/document for review/approval, rather than that multiple Q&A documents and therefore multiple Q&A update emails.

I would said it has been good. I certainly value the relationships I've been able to forge with the folks we've had working with us.

Pros

I think what I like most is the ability we've had, with AKS specifically, to do what we pretty much needed to with it. The Qorus team has worked diligently with us, in my opinion, to meet our needs, questions and concerns to the best of their ability, time and time again.

Cons

There are challenges with the XML, wherein it seems to fail or have issues more often that I think it should. That may be because we're hosted onprem. It causes frustration for sure.

### "Improved and Efficient Proposal Process with Qorus"

Overall, Qorus improves the proposal management experience. It makes it easy to work with others in the organization through co-authoring and saving in real time. It also helps with the overall proposal management process through set workflows customized to our team. I highly recommend Qorus if you want to improve our proposal management experience.

Pros

We used different software prior to Qorus, and I cannot express enough how much of an improved experience Qorus is compared to the other. Qorus is a valuable tool for our proposal team, especially with the co-authoring function, allowing for an unlimited amount of users in the document, and being able to save in real time. When implementing Qorus, our reps guided us and helped us quickly understand the functions of Qorus and how to align it with our workflow and processes. We were able to build our workflow into Qorus, allowing for faster communication within our team. He also helped us to find the best and most efficient ways to organize all of our content in the database. It is easy to search through the database and my favorite part is how I can populate right into the document, making it quicker to develop the best response. With some turnover on our team, the ease of Qorus has helped us quickly onboard new team members who are able to be using it right away. Additionally, the Qorus service team is always available for questions and quickly resolve any issues.

Cons

I think there are a few functions that could be upgraded in the future. One specifically is the allocation feature. I really like that we can allocate to SMEs right in the document, taking them to the questions they need to answer. However, when co-authoring the document, you cannot allocate to anybody and SMEs cannot save their changes.

### "HCSC Qorus review"

We aren't utilizing the tool to it's fullest potential for proposal management, but I am hopeful that we will have more adoption and will be utilizing the tool to its fullest potential in the near future.

Pros

#1 is the customer support from Qorus. I tell everyone who asks about our use of Qorus Hub and our previous use of Qorus Breeze that I have never worked with a vendor that was as responsive to our needs as Qorus. You are unmatched in this area. I also love how easy the tool is to use. Your ease of integration with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint make using the tool as simple as can be.

Cons

The only con is that at times some of our users have difficulty locating content, but that may be more on the sheer volume of content we maintain in the tool.

Reason for choosing QorusDocs

The simplicity of use. The Add in features with Word and Excel. The openness and responsiveness of the staff.

Overall, this software is a game changer in our organization. I also appreciate that we have a good working relationship with out customer success manager, who we can easily reach out in case we have issues or would like to request for product enhancements.

Pros

I like the collaboration feature the most. As I am part of an organization that has over 60 offices worldwide, it is very important that we get to collaborate on pitches seamlessly. As you know, some pitches have very tight deadlines and it is critical that team members get to work on the pitch document simultaneously. I also like that in one software, we could manage projects, content and collaborate all in one.

Cons

There are some functionalities I would like to see improve like the integration of the project side to the content side. Making it easy to gather new or updated content from recently completed projects.

### "Impressive integration with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint"

Pros

The integration between QorusDocs and Microsoft 365 is amazing. The Word add-in is lightyears better than the add-in offered by our previous software. It's incredibly easy to insert content from our libraries into our proposals. Also, having SharePoint as our back-end content management system is a huge plus for our organization. Last but not least, the technical support is phenomenal with very quick response times. From the help desk to our customer success manager to our implementation team, we've been in good hands with QorusDocs and it's been a great working relationship.

Cons

We're very interested in using the Share and Track feature, but most of our PDF proposals have links that don't function in the display view provided by Share and Track. As a result, my organization is still on the fence about using it.

The ease of use. Ability to collaborate. The storing of all our content, including creating new sources for presentation mix and matching. The add-in makes is so easy to insert content.

It's not easy to see all the pursuits and information related to them in one view.

Overall, I really enjoy using Qorus. I can quickly find information and it's the first place I tell coordinators to go for information.

Pros

I like that I am able to quickly search for proposal content and copy over to my template with out a ton of additional steps. I like that I am to pull ideas from co-workers and make sure I have the latest/most accurate information set by proposal managers.

Cons

The search function sometimes pulls too much information. It would be nice if it was more selective with wording

Great.

Pros

Extremely efficient in the ability to pull in provisions when generating or revising contracts. Or pulling provisions/material into email on the fly when needed.

Cons

The ability to utilize and manipulate pdfs would be extremely helpful in the sales proposal process for our team due to how our marketing material is created/provided.

Reason for choosing QorusDocs

Couldn't really find anything comparable in what I was looking for at the time and there's been no reason to switch.
