### "Overpriced by at least 75% of competitors and with fewer features."

Pros

There are not any pros when I think of this product compared to it's competitors. I researched a few other call tracking solutions and all were better and cheaper.

Cons

The service is overpriced and it takes 2.5 months to even get out of a "month to month" contract. Their competitors are 75-90% cheaper and offer more reporting, data, functionality. There are better models with better customer support out there.

Pros

I have used Dialogtech since it was Ifbyphone. Now that I know the system well, I recommend it to all of the companies I work for. So many companies have a lack of insight on their phone call data when performing marketing campaigns. Using call tracking, figuring out the ROI of our campaigns is even easier. Customer service, in my experience, has been fantastic.

Cons

I don't really have any dislikes of the product.

Overall, DialogTech is one of the top programs which allows my company to add value for our clients with concrete data they can see and measure quickly and easily.

Pros

DialogTech allows my team to set up call tracking numbers and/or recording for our clients, then allows us to generate reports which show the client how much interest there is in their business and how our work benefits them. Reports are easily generated.

Cons

Client location files can be tricky to find at times due to a reluctance of the program to accept some forms of punctuation in business names. Also, it times out quickly during periods of inactivity.

I've used DialogTech for years -- to track calls, record calls and manage our marketing efforts that deliver phone call leads.

Pros

Great for tracking phone calls / leads from your marketing efforts. Can record and manage all aspects of calling system / voice mail / messaging and more.

Cons

Can be confusing to get it all setup - but once you get the hang of it - it works like a charm.

Pros

Ease of use and support were great. The feature set they have is great as well.

Cons

I was on a month to month contract and after you cancel they will charge you for 2 more months. They also charge for porting phone numbers.

### "Lacking customer service"

I deal with a lot of vendors, and I don't make this comment lightly: Dialogtech's customer service is one of the worst I've seen in my career. I experienced this with several different employees on several occasions over the last year. I can only assume this is an organization-wide problem. From a lack of follow-through when we asked to renew our contract terms (5 months, with no response) to poor/nonexistent dispute resolution for an error they admit they made - porting one of our numbers to an unauthorized 3rd party- my advice is to steer clear of this company.

Pros

We track many advertising initiatives across many different clients & industries, and this serves that purpose.

Cons

Poor customer/client service, and expensive comparatively.

### "Call Tracking - Cumbersome and pricey"

In the end we switched to a company with a simpler interface and half the price with way better customer service.

Pros

Not much if anything. It did the job for the time I used it.

Cons

Our company used their call tracking software. There were inconsistencies in data that they could never account for. Reading times in military time was tiring. Double the price of their competitor.

### "Save yourself the trouble"

Our company used dialogtech for years. It is a clunky system with a poor user interface but we made it work. Our needs changed and we found a different product for our needs. They were absolutely horrible about handling the porting of our old numbers. It took several months to work out. Then, when we went to cancel, they made ridiculous claims about how we were locked in for another year. No one responds to messages, I had to call multiple times and insist someone speak to me. What a waste of hundreds of dollars and hours of my time.

Pros

It allowed clients to call our various numbers and we were able to get notification.

Cons

It was annoying to work with their system and I often had to call customer support to figure out some nuance of how changing one thing in the IVR flow would affect something else.

Pros

I've known the product when it was IfByPhone. It has changed a lot over the years. Very easy to do AdWords tracking.

Cons

Because of all the features, it becomes a bit clunky and goes outside of the core focus of call tracking.

Our company used DialogTech for call tracking services for multiple clients. The interface and reporting could definitely use new updates and are not that user-friendly. Customer support is also limited, with no live chat function - you need to call their main line when needing any support. For the price, there is better software out there but it does integrate with platforms like Google Analytics.

Integration with Google Analytics, unlimited phone numbers under the plan we selected

Thought it was going to be the answer. Was so excited. Should have known when they would not let me see the backend UNTIL I SIGNED UP. Also, DO NOT SIGN a contract until you see for yourself the functionality and U/I of your main needs in this product selection. OWNER HAS MIN ETHICS SO BE CAREFUL!

Great, Friendly Staff. Especially the technical team

Cons

NOT WHAT WAS SOLD. NO CLIENT PORTAL ACCESS. NOT EASY TO USE FOR those "Tech challenged" Company must be hurting by the sales tactics of lying!
