Pros: No comments, I guess all I can say it has some fancy skins and just tables.
Cons: Very basic, not a lot you can work with. Basically each functions or modules are just off the shelf. The chance that it may work with your business is 50%; otherwise you will end up doing workaround or forcing the business to change certain process that is no longer feasible to meet the goal of the year. It has causes more backlog and damages than good.
Final verdict, Astro is very limited; not dynamic at all. Service support is hard to reach when you have to delegate tickets over tickets to get thing fixed. Every updates break something; so quality control is probably the worse I ever seen for the past 20 years working with software.
