A very comprehensive application for document management and viewing. It offers many tools for filling out files, signing, adding text, and more. It also allows conversion to other file types and is very easy to use overall. The advertising is annoying in the Standard plan, but the app is still very useful and worth recommending even in this version. Membership prices are high.

Pros

A wide range of features for managing your documents. One key advantage is the ability to sign digitally, you can create your own signature, save it, and reuse it whenever needed. It also lets you fill out form-type documents, accurately recognizing each input field. Additionally, it offers a wide variety of file conversion options, such as converting PDFs to other formats. Also efficient for sharing files through other applications. It's a very intuitive app to use. I think that right from the start, you're able to make use of all its features without any learning curve, all of its options and functions are clear and easy to apply

Cons

The biggest downside is the somewhat annoying advertising, which can interrupt your workflow while using the app, sometimes you even have to wait several seconds before you're able to close an ad and continue working. The membership price seems a bit high to me, though it's still within the normal range for membership pricing.

WPS Office is a good free alternative to Microsoft Office. It is also lightweight, so it works well even on computers that are not very powerful.

Cons

The biggest issue is the ads... they appear quite often and that hurts the experience a bit. And sometimes, there are small bugs with Office files.

I like that creating documents, sheets, presentation and even pdf can be done in one place. The built in PDF editor lets me add my digital signature to any contract right after viewing them.

Cons

I sometimes have problem exporting large text into PDF where the headers and footers do not always line up.

I've been using WPS Office as my primary productivity suite for several months, having switched from Microsoft 365 when my subscription expired. I use it daily for document writing, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDF work

Pros

\-Documents compatibility -I love that there is a free version that actually works absolutely well -Being able to edit text directly inside a PDF without a separate subscription is genuinely useful -The interface is familiar enough that switching from Microsoft Office required no adjustment period. Everything is where you expect it to be.

Cons

The free tier includes ads. They appear as banners and aren't constantly disruptive, but they are present and may bother some users.

I've been using WPS Office for more than three years, and I love it so much that I stopped using other similar apps. It is very user-friendly for beginners. I used it for document management.

Pros

Additionally to being simple to use, I can directly create DOCX files on it. In the past, I had to do this by opening Microsoft Word on my computer. It is very efficient in file sharing.

Cons

The advertisements in the free version are the main disadvantage. Certain features, particularly those related to PDFs, are blocked by a paywall. Sometimes, when complicated documents created in other programs are opened, formatting somewhat changes.

Per me è una valida alternativa qualora non si desiderasse o non si potesse usare Microsoft Office. Utile anche su smartphone sia su sistemi operativi IOS che Android.

Cons

Il confronto su Microsoft Office si fa sentire. Per la funzione dedicata alla redazione documenti (.doc) non è così fluido e immediato come Word.

It is a solid 8.5/10 software that can be used on a daily basis. this is most suited for beginner company or a student who is looking for cost effective measures. It basically works 9/10 times. However, limitations are there like lack of features, advertisement on display.

Cost effectiveness is what I like the most about WPS office. If you are a beginner or a student, it is extremely handy tool that gives access to edit and view documents. Also, it works seamlessly in all platforms like windows, iOS.

Cons

Least liked: lack of features. For instance, if you have to add digital signature in pdf, you will need to subscribe the premium version.

It been great using wps office for over 3 years now, especially the app version, I dropped other related apps for it. It very beginner friendly.

Pros

It is easy to use, and I can also create DOCX files directly on it. Before, I had to open Microsoft Word on my PC to do this.”

Cons

I do not like that I cannot upload all my text, DOCX, and PDF files to a cloud server and import them easily. When I change my phone, I have to back up everything offline, which is stressful for me.

The transition from Libre Office or the one from Microsoft was smooth and unnoticeable at first. I have not used any office product from Microsoft, i think that Edge has a way to use Word Excel, power Point , will check it out.

Pros

It's almost the same as the somewhat "traditional" office software, I know that Google also has its own office tools and a lot more companies also have their own, but WPS is a great option, it does not require many resources to run.

Cons

Sometimes ads can be annoying, I just want the free version, it already offers a lot and in my case it's more than enough, 1gb of cloud storage it's a good decent amount.

wanted to try another option, another alternative to a paid software version like the one from Microsoft.
