It offers many tools for filling out files, signing, adding text, and more. It also allows conversion to other file types and is very easy to use overall. The advertising is annoying in the Standard plan, but the app is still very useful and worth recommending even in this version. Membership prices are high. Pros A wide range of features for managing your documents. One key advantage is the ability to sign digitally, you can create your own signature, save it, and reuse it whenever needed. It also lets you fill out form-type documents, accurately recognizing each input field. Additionally, it offers a wide variety of file conversion options, such as converting PDFs to other formats. Also efficient for sharing files through other applications. It's a very intuitive app to use. I think that right from the start, you're able to make use of all its features without any learning curve, all of its options and functions are clear and easy to apply Cons The biggest downside is the somewhat annoying advertising, which can interrupt your workflow while using the app, sometimes you even have to wait several seconds before you're able to close an ad and continue working. I use it daily for document writing, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDF work Pros \-Documents compatibility -I love that there is a free version that actually works absolutely well -Being able to edit text directly inside a PDF without a separate subscription is genuinely useful -The interface is familiar enough that switching from Microsoft Office required no adjustment period. November 14, 2025 5.0 The transition from Libre Office or the one from Microsoft was smooth and unnoticeable at first. I have not used any office product from Microsoft, i think that Edge has a way to use Word Excel, power Point , will check it out. Pros It's almost the same as the somewhat "traditional" office software, I know that Google also has its own office tools and a lot more companies also have their own, but WPS is a great option, it does not require many resources to run. Cons Sometimes ads can be annoying, I just want the free version, it already offers a lot and in my case it's more than enough, 1gb of cloud storage it's a good decent amount. Pros I use the product as an alternative to MS Office, the standard Office Tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) all work well and I find the UI less cumbersome than the newer versions of MS Office. I also use the PDF editing tool and find it quite handy. Cons Although WPS comes with its own cloud storage service, and from what I can tell it works fine (limited experience) their integration with the bigger players in this space (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc) could be better. Reason for choosing WPS Office The combination of an interface I liked and a good cross-section of tools made it a good choice. The pros are quite exciting and the app is quite effective. I recommend it for all your business needs. Pros A recent update allows you to project your slides via WIFI while further allowing you to make impressions on your mobile. I guess this is one of its niche right now. It may be in another software, but I have no idea of it. The drag-up and drop-down tool on WPS mobile is very convenient to use, and it reduces the clutter that would have been experienced when you have so many icons scattered across the screen. A very suitable word processor for all your professional/business needs. WPS office utilizes very little space on your hard disk. Likewise, if you have a 16/32gb RAM on your mobile, you do not need to worry about unnecessary files or processes that fill up space and reduces productivity. The software works across many platforms and its cloud functions allows your to work flow efficiently across these platforms. I sometimes start a document on my windows desktop at work, edit on my android, and send to my boss’ iPad for review. Cons “File collapsed accidentally” is an error I encounter some times when I run this app on my android. I don’t know if its from my device, Kingsoft should look into minor bugs such as this. When I receive a word document on my mobile and I edit it on WPS, I cannot save at once. Rather, I am directed to a “Save as” page. I feel this is clumsy. When I close the app, files are not automatically deleted/closed. I recently saw a log of open documents I worked on over the months. On the long term, such cached data may take up much space and start to make the app or the phone lag. It’s possible for a rookie user to look for certain options endlessly, so I would advise a little introduction/tutorial package on the app. The 1GB of cloud storage isn't much. It does my bidding though, just saying. The recommendations on Spell check are not accurate some times in terms of syntax, grammar, and semantics. As an English and Literature major, Kingsoft could rely on my expertise in this regard. This is a free software, and is super useful even for regular document management one might need in his/her daily life. Once you start using WPS office, especially on your phone, there is no going back. The ease of use is great and has some really great features to use. Pros The UI is super easy to use, even for beginners and first-time users. This is my go-to app to view word and pdf files since there are multiple options to customize your view, for example while viewing on your mobile you get the option to view it in 'mobile' view or regular view. Next, you can adjust the brightness of the document, so it does not cause a strain to the eyes when using in a dim-lights setting. Another great thing is that this works across multiple operating systems, like Windows, MacOS, etc. This makes its usability across different users seamless and easy. Cons There are no major cons about using this software. But unlike Microsoft suite, this does not provide grammar and spell check, which might trouble some users, who reply a lot on automatic language checks. Other than that, as a point of security concern, this might not be a very reliable option if you are to view highly confidential files.
