It offers many tools for filling out files, signing, adding text, and more. It also allows conversion to other file types and is very easy to use overall. The advertising is annoying in the Standard plan, but the app is still very useful and worth recommending even in this version. Membership prices are high. Pros A wide range of features for managing your documents. One key advantage is the ability to sign digitally, you can create your own signature, save it, and reuse it whenever needed. It also lets you fill out form-type documents, accurately recognizing each input field. Additionally, it offers a wide variety of file conversion options, such as converting PDFs to other formats. Also efficient for sharing files through other applications. It's a very intuitive app to use. I think that right from the start, you're able to make use of all its features without any learning curve, all of its options and functions are clear and easy to apply Cons The biggest downside is the somewhat annoying advertising, which can interrupt your workflow while using the app, sometimes you even have to wait several seconds before you're able to close an ad and continue working. November 14, 2025 5.0 The transition from Libre Office or the one from Microsoft was smooth and unnoticeable at first. I have not used any office product from Microsoft, i think that Edge has a way to use Word Excel, power Point , will check it out. Pros It's almost the same as the somewhat "traditional" office software, I know that Google also has its own office tools and a lot more companies also have their own, but WPS is a great option, it does not require many resources to run. Cons Sometimes ads can be annoying, I just want the free version, it already offers a lot and in my case it's more than enough, 1gb of cloud storage it's a good decent amount. Though it doesn't come with a complete set of softwares (like with Microsoft, that has MS Access, Publisher, etc), it is a loghtweight application that provides you the basics of any Office Suite - Writer, Presentation maker, and Spreadsheet. It also has a cool UI, even better than most other alternatives. Despite the few issues it has, I am completely satisfied with WPS Office. Pros When I started using WPS Office, I was a bit skeptical. But the simple interface and amazing UI won me over. My favorite feature is the single-window mode. You no longer have to switch between windows and waste time to take a look at your spreadsheet while working on a presentation. You can switch between single-window mode or multi-window mode according to your needs. I also love the assortment of templates in every category. Be it a resume, a monthly schedule, or a presentation, WPS Office library has all sorts of templates for you. Even if you are a free user, you get access to a decent collection of templates. The appearance is also highly customizable with lot of color and character themes. It is lightweight and doesn't take up a lot of system resources, so that's a bonus. Most of all, it's free, and is offers much in terms of features compared to many other Office Suites. Cons I was disappointed to find that WPS Office cannot be integrated with Grammarly, which was a huge minus point for me. I have to open Grammarly separately to edit my documents. But otherwise, the in-built spellchecker is fine. Sometimes, when I installed the software for all users in my PC, it failed to show up on other user accounts. Pros The best thing about WPS Office is that the User Interface is quite simple and the app is easy to use. Another good thing is that it offers a 1 GB cloud storage which is not generally seen in other apps. Also, it is easier to search for documents through the app. And, every document file runs smoothly, be it a word file or a spreadsheet. Usually while loading spreadsheets through Microsoft Excel or other apps, it seems to lag a bit, but while opening spreadsheets in WPS Office, there is no lagging issue. Another good thing is that the alignment of words or the layout of a document never gets distorted when opened through WPS Office. Also, it offers various inbuilt templates for resumes, posters, letters, business cards, etc. Cons One thing I dislike about WPS Office is that they send too many notifications to buy their premium package which I find annoying.
