While I don't use the presentation application much, the spreadsheet and word processor are outstanding. It's price is affordable and you definitely get more than your money's worth for it. For simple documents, one might turn to Google Docs or Google Sheets, and that's fine if you have limited requirements. But for anything slightly more complex like a business brochure or similar, I strongly recommend WPS Office. Pros \- Includes most, if not all, of the features of MS Office. - Has a familiar, modern user interface, to make switching to it more intuitive. - Priced right for small businesses and personal use - More compatible with native MS Office documents compared to OpenOffice or LibreOffce Cons I really haven't found anything that I dislike about the software. With most software there is usually comes to mind that is annoying or inconvenient, but not so with WPS Office. I've been using it to view and edit various documents on my phone every day for a couple of years. Pros WPS Office is a versatile office suite that includes Word, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and a PDF viewer. It can be used on all computer platforms and smartphones. The user interface is simple and clear. The mobile version is extremely convenient for working on the go. Having an account allows you to have access to your files on different devices at any time. There is also a free version that gives access to the main features of the software. Cons Some fonts are not available in the mobile version, but the program allows you to download them. August 11, 2022 4.0 Pros I like WPS because of how it manages files. It automatically categorises file types and shows which folders they are located in, including telegram files. There is a good range of other softwares to collaborate with, like Evernote, DropBox, OneDrive, and Google Drive. In case of unintended file deletion, there is an option to recover deleted files through a recycle bin. It really saved me the first 3 years at school when l could not afford a laptop l only had a Samsung tablet. I did my assignments, my power point presentations, everything l needed l could do. Its a great application to have. Pros I installed it in my Samsung android tablet as l was having challenges accessing Microsoft office which required internet and signing in. its very suitable for the android tablet, for any editing software, spreadsheet software and reading software l say WPS is the 3 in one l love how it is like an organised folder which when you open groups documents nicely, according to type date and size. i especially loved that its compatible with opening PDF novels, and if you forget your page whilst using WPS when you open it again it takes you right back to where you where reading, no other software in my phone ever did that It also allows smooth editing of excel,word and power point documents , just imagine me doing all my typing and editing on my way to work in a bus, from my mobile phone. that's just awesome. l love the freedom of having to do everything on my mobile when l have no access to laptops or desktops Cons None at all. l loved everything about this application Reason for choosing WPS Office it was compatible with my android mobile phone, and did not take much space in my phone Review Source George Rex A. It has served as my word processor on the go, giving me salient features that are useful for my work. I appreciate their effort. Looking at the mobile success, i could try it on the PC someday. Pros This software has a very good mobile app that works quite well with any smartphone of today, even if the mobile operating system version is old and not yet updated. Its sharing tool is quite handy for me, and it can almost serve as a rear replacement for Microsoft Word. Also, they continually release new features to make it better, which is a good sign to show they are listening to their customers. I love it. Cons Since I use it only on mobile, I notice that it consumes a lot of system resources and makes the device lag to some extent. Pros This is the best alternative for MS Officer and this product has all the features which MS Office has. And also the interface is also better than MS Office. all the features of the WPS Office package are working perfectly without any issue. newly implemented WPS connect features are also really helpfull. Cons Still not got any issues while using this application, but some MS Excel formulas are not working and old WPS versions have less row count than EXCEL. It is one of the leading application for the students as it is much handy in the mobile for our daily use. The way it allows to edit, share, view, convert and manage the files is so much good that we have to appreciate it. Cons The one thing i hate about WPS is that the featureful and perfect app only comes to the paid version. It should have policies of usage to students at much cheaper price. WPS took the best parts of Word and kicked out all the crap no one wanted or needed. It's a smaller program and takes less memory and space to run. Pros The document software is extremely versatile and can open almost all forms of document files including your old Word documents (doc,docx and even xml), pdf, rtf, txt, and it's own wps file type. It also has it's own form of pdf reader and writer, powerpoint, and spreadsheet. The free version has almost everything you need for basic use and some business use. It also has a small device app that can be used on Android devices (I don't own any Apple devices so I cannot attest to its compatibility). Cons The free version does come with pop-up ads, but in a world of advertising, it is ignoreable, and easy to exit from your screen. Review Source Onome J. I have been using WPS for over 3 years now, and there are so many things I like about it. It's %100 free with amazing features like creating doc, txt, PDF and spreadsheet And powepoint files I use the android version and it has been a live saver. I was able to write my project, blog posts and articles with WPS office. you can import fonts to beautify your write ups. There different page size selections and functionality to set up the page orientation. WPS is great, lightweight and very useful for businesses. Cons Files converted to PDF have a little glitch in the android version, Mobile view is horrible. Apart from that, WPS office is cool. It is the best of the Office alternatives I have found so far. It looks and feels better than Office itself, and that is high praise seeing how long Office has been around. I just love how easy WPS Office is to use. It is much cheaper than Microsoft's 365, it is much more beautiful and user friendly than Open Office, and it is an all around great piece of software. I can only recommend it to everyone. Pros It has a built-in PDF editor. That seems to be an underrated feature that all office tools should have incorporated. I also very much liked how beautiful WPS looks and how easy it is to navigate. Cons I could not find one single fault with WPS Office. Even the price for Business users is very reasonable, compared to the cheapest 365 subscription.
