All sort of PDF tools are available and can export from various file types to other various file types easily. Pros Transition from a software like MS Office to WPS office has been very easy. Documents are not lost and same formatting is available here in the app. Installation is very easy. Web support available always. All the tools on MSOffice and further more are available in WPS for all your documentation needs. Cons Your computer tends to overload sometimes when you have multiple documents/sheets opened. Pros It's affordable and super fast when it comes to using the application on the PC or even on the mobile phone, easy to find the old documents, easy to search and find or even filter. Cons The most thing that I don't like, that it's not that much of saving the ram when you are using it but it's already expected as it has a lot of features. February 1, 2022 5.0 I have been using this app since 2 years and it is really a wonderful experience for me. I can get an access to document files of any format either from any PC or smartphone. Also, it has helped me to maintain different types of documents .My overall experience has been great and I strongly recommend using WPS Office. Pros WPS office is a very friendly App and its well equipped free version makes it a perfect choice for students like me as it makes me able to have all documents in a single app with all different options of PowerPoint, word, PDF etc. So it's very easy to find out required document. It doesn't need too much space in phone's memory unlike other apps I've used before. I found it more practical and much more easy to use. Pros What I like most about this software is that it is free and it is about 90 percent close to Microsoft Office all the way down to the format. If a person create a document using WPS and transfer the document to a Microsoft Office software, the format will stay exactly the same. I also like that this office provides most of the features that Microsoft Office provides and the best part is, it is completely free to use for the home users and only charge a very affordable price for a business. I also like the interface of the software, the ability to download templates for free and the ability to upload the document up to the cloud is a golden experience. Cons There is nothing I do not like about this software. It is the most effective Office substitute I have yet discovered. Given how long Office has been around, the fact that it looks and feels better than Office itself is a high compliment. I simply adore how simple it is to use WPS Office. It is a lot better piece of software overall than Open Office and considerably less expensive than Microsoft's 365. It is also much more attractive and user-friendly. I can only urge everyone to use it. Pros Having a very recognizable workspace and user interface, WPS Office is a fantastic alternative to the Microsoft Office suite. It also supports a variety of file types. Users are able to complete all simple and medium-complexity activities, and they also perform admirably on challenging and very complex ones. It is a highly helpful tool since it can recognize and accurately read complex files produced by other programs. Cons Despite having the Premium version installed, the mobile version does not function fully. I followed all the recommendations and am still using the version, but it has some restrictions. I can view and open files but I am unable to edit or create new documents. Technical support did a good job of educating me, but the issue persists. I really think it is a great program for businesses. Especially if you have more than one employee, having to keep up with paperwork, receipts, hours, etc the ability to upload to drive and add a link for others to be able to see or edit and offline was critical Pros Using the spreadsheet portion of this software made it easy to keep up with each employees time, spending,etc. Being able to scan receipts and other documents was a great asset as well. Easy to upload to Google drive and I cloud as well as being qbl to use it offline was very important. The documents are stored in the cloud making it accessible on any device. We can create and save documents in any formats. There are many customization features available for editing. The files can be shared with anyone easily without any hassle. Cons The application is expensive when it comes to the premium membership. It lacks many features and in-built tools which other competitors have. The free cloud storage is less, the adds pop-up too often and it makes the user experience poor.
