Pros \- This is an awesome software. - It has PDF, Document, Spread Sheets, Memo and Scanner. - You can edit it all is the complete deal with in your phone. - The responsiveness and the user interface is very well designed. - Compatible with it all. - You can save in your documents in phone or tablet, on their cloud, drop box, g drive - You can export as PDF - You can work in your computer the same files you are working with in your phone. - Email the documentation with ease or share it anywhere - The price is so affordable extremely good. Cons I really have nothing bad to say about this software it is indeed that good, maybe for the free version would be the ads but even their ads are not in your face and is understandable for a free version you need to sustain your service somehow. Reason for choosing WPS Office I just liked it and never experienced problems with it in terms of documents lost, interface crashing or any other glitch. It comes with all of the tools I need to write a business document, including premium tools. It also includes a mobile phone version, which I can create, edit, and read my documents. Cons When searching for a document on the smartphone version, the filtering and searching bars are pretty slow. October 23, 2021 5.0 WPS has really proven to be helpful  especially on the mobile platform. It is designed for basic usage of three specific Microsoft packages, writer, presentation and spreadsheet. I create, edit and share documents easily on my mobile device without my laptop with the help of WPS. Though there are limited features available on the software which is expected being a light version. But then I believe it can still be worked on and advanced features can be included for better experience. Pros WPS is a smart software that allows you to create  and or edit files either in Word, spreadsheet or presentation format. You can work on multiple documents at the same time using the tab feature. WPS also has hidden features which you can use to open and even edit pdf files. Cons WPS grows  to become too heavy and starts sucking up the storage space. I had to keep clearing the cache files which is annoying. Pros When I use the office suite I don’t feel much different compared to the Microsoft office suite. It has a simple user interface which is similar to the Microsoft office application interface. The WPS office is lightweight and does not require heavy system resources. I used the paid version at the office. It provides competent templates that make tasks easier and even free users can be benefitted from a set of nice templates. Price is affordable and it supports Linux and Mac OS as well. Cons We noticed there are a lot of connections from user endpoints to the internet through WPS office packages. Most of those connections are looking for updates. But sometimes firewall and IPS systems warn there may be a risk with those connections and this is a bit annoying. Further, the WPS spreadsheet application gets freeze from time to time. Sometimes when you load heavy excel files to WPS spreadsheet entire application got stuck. May 26, 2021 5.0 I first knew the WPS Office when I was working in a multi-finance company, and currently, I still use it when I do business because, for some purposes I have to work outside the city without facing the computer, this helps me when I need important files from my employees and work in one time using only a smartphone. Pros I use the business version in running the WPS Office because in it I get full PDF support, even though the application capacity is small compared to Microsoft Office. and I made it easy to use this application easily. In the spreadsheet, the features used are also mostly for my needs, the same as when I used Microsoft Office and a format that is compatible with Microsoft or Google Docs and spreadsheets satisfies me. Cons To open a ppt file I often get problems, sometimes on a page, there are pictures and text that can't be opened directly, to bring it up I have to click several times one by one. but overall this application satisfies me, light and easy to use makes me not have to worry about opening office files wherever I am. Cons Everything looks good but if Ads were not there few more people who doesn't like ads in Application they use might like it and prefer to use it. Cons Grammarly check tools are quite ineffective. My overall rating in gramarly is often low even after having spell checked my document while using the WPS office. I have been using it for more than a year now. Pros I like WPS because it is an all in one app. It supports word, PowerPoint, Excell and pdf. It is both a reader and an editing tool for all these file formats and it does the job efficiently. One special feature about WPS is that it allows for file merging and file compression flawlessly, which does not happen with many of its competing apps. Another special feature is that apart from the ordinary ENTER Button available on your Android keyboard, on WPS Excel, there is an extra ENTER button, which has a different function. When pressed, it creates a new line of characters within a cell, while the keyboard ENTER Button enters a new cell. WPS also gives an extra numeric keypad for quick entry of digits. Good for those who like to work with numbers. There is also an option for drawing and scribbling anything on your document. You can add your signature or demonstrate anything with a drawing. When typing, there is flexibility to zoom text by text wrapping. This helps to type and proofread a long text comfortably on your device. On pdf, WPS is capable of editing a pdf file. You can edit text, change font, change image, put a signature and much more. You can also print files from other file formats like .doc or .xls to pdf. This you can do even while offline. Cons Fonts do not give the impression of being genuine on WPS. That's the only challenge I have faced. Otherwise the app is uniquely good. Review Source Rishi R. Pros I can view different types of files and convert them from one file to another. It's an easy app to easy app to use. After every 24 hours, the app deletes PDF data, which is useful for privacy. You can do file transfer and access files from the recycle bin in case you delete them by mistake. One more important thing is that it can help you scan documents and convert them to PDFs which it could not do before. Cons It limits some other tools and for you to access them you must pay a fee.
