It’s helped streamline project management, keep jobs organized, and improve communication across the team. While there’s a bit of a learning curve, once it’s set up, it makes day-to-day operations much more efficient. **Pros:** What I liked most about JobNimbus is how it brings everything into one place—especially for managing roofing and exterior projects. The task tracking and workflow automation make it easy to stay on top of jobs from start to finish without things slipping through the cracks. The calendar and scheduling tools are simple but effective for keeping crews organized and appointments on track. The document management is also a big plus—it’s convenient to store contracts, photos, and insurance paperwork all in one system and access them from anywhere. Invoicing and payment tracking help keep the financial side organized without needing multiple platforms. Customer support has been solid whenever needed, and overall the platform provides good value for the money considering how much it streamlines daily operations. **Cons:** The interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, especially when managing a lot of jobs. Overall super easy to use, good integration with other apps, clear and concise folders. **Pros:** I loved how user friendly the software is, the layout is very easy to use. I also love the estimate builder, this is very straight forward and easy to use, edit, and share. **Cons:** There are a few glitches with it, for one, the profit margin sliding scale numbers are always off, and there was nothing that tech support could do to fix it. Second thing is, there was a glitch where it always said “failed uploads” on you photos page even if there was no failed upload.
