Pros Able to create jobs, tasks, estimate & invoice from anywhere with a WiFi connection. Cons The only adjustment is to add the day of the week when setting up tasks. Pros I love the mobile app and ease of use. I like the map and photo feature specifically. We will be able to better document out job statuses I’m the field. This gives us the ability to provide excellent customer service. Cons I don’t like the dashboard format. I would like to see a filter for jobs in progress in order from newest to oldest. Pictures of every job are easily added by anyone. Pros Very user friendly. Wonderful features that make tracking jobs easier and more efficient. The ease of adding photos to a file comes in very handy for the crew as they are doing a roof job. Like sometimes you’ll look up a clients full name and they won’t show up, but if you put just first, or just last name it will show up. Customer service has been slow and the onboarding that we paid for wasn't great. Pros Board view mimics our old production board and allows us to track jobs through the job life cycle easily Cons We have a lot of problems with the app. I don't feel like it's easy enough to make reports and isolate different salesmen's jobs. Incredibly customizable and efficient. Cons There are a few glitches when attaching pictures or writing the subject line to an e-mail; the page will scroll to the top on the first click.
