Pros

The best part of this product is its easy to use widgets, and being able to use this remotely.

Cons

It's still a fairly new product, and there are glitches and bugs in their features. I would like them to finalize some of their designs and creations before launching them.

It's easy to use and easy to tailor reports and opportunities to my needs.

Cons

I'm not sure how the task list arranges tasks. Figuring out how to import contacts from Outlook is confusing; I don't know if it has a syncing option yet.

I was hoping for more functionality, most of the things I could do I could use Google Calendar for. I wish you could color code the calendar for different types of appointments.
