General Counsel Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Job Nimbus Helps You Get the Job Done" April 15, 2019 5.0 Prior to transitioning into my current position, I had no familiarity with Job Nimbus; however, it was extremely easy to learn and provides an excellent way to maintain contact with team members, many of whom spend the majority of their work week in the field. Pros Job Nimbus is extremely user friendly and very intuitive. I love the fact that it is possible to attach so many media to a job, making it unnecessary to look externally to access photos, email messages, etc. associated with a particular job. Pros Being able to customize to my needs. Having everything I need in one place organized. Cons Somethings Im not able to customize like tracking invoices . I would like work order and material orders to attach to custom budgets. Need to be able to view pictures and documents easier more like microsoft one drive a lot easier to use and view files. Also I can access and document through job nimbus instead of carrying a lap top to ever job site with me. Pros I live having access on the go to pictures and documents for each job as well as the contact all in one spot. Cons We have so many jobs going on the program can get a bit bogged down. We are able to save important contact, document important aspects of a job and easily share all this information with the team. Cons The Android app tends to have issues. Pros The way it was a few weeks ago Easy to use Easy to add info Cons You changed from attachments to separate documents and pictures which takes more time to swiftly go from pictures to documents. The new document page isn't user friendly because the way it opens the PDFs I dislike it a lot. Even when you change from documents to photos the PDF is still open and in the way. Poor change. The representatives with JobNimbus have always been friendly and ready to help whenever we have an issue. Pros My favorite part about this software is it's adaptive settings. Being able to customize things to fit our needs has really helped a lot. Cons There are some areas that would be really nice if we could lock them from some of the users. There are not very many different levels of access and it would be nice to have some lower level access or some customized access levels. Our guys aren't ready for this yet. Pros The software started off as free, you could put in your jobs easily and keep track by date what was going on. I liked that part. Cons I didn't get the rhythm of getting the sub contractors on board so we could keep up with each other, so I started to fall back to email. Reason for choosing JobNimbus The owner called and explained to the office how it could work and I got the okay, we're on board, but they didn't buy into it and I was the only one using it. Adding appointments, contact information and opening jobs is seamless. I like that our Company Cam photos can be linked to the jobs as we go along. Adding users and managing what they see is quick and helpful in keeping each person only focused on their own tasks and appointments. Cons That regular calendar holidays aren't pre-entered.
