Pros

the integration of pictures & the way the initial estimate can "create" more documents that we use. the uniformity is great. I live the estimate process software... I'm always busy and i can prepare a quote very quickly

Cons

I absolutely hate how difficult it is to actually set the date and time for a lead appointment with the mobile app. It sucks.... the way you select the date and time is really a pain in the ass.. try it you'll see what I mean

Great would recommend and have and will continue to do so.

Pros

The rep took the time to go over everything they have built out and made sure we understood and has always been there, the reps and their team have been great. They continue to get contractor feedback to improve the app and function and options, the CRM is customizable and they always have videos and support to help.

Cons

I am happy with everything just looking for more features and updates in the future which i know are coming cause they are always working on stuff behind the scenes. So just waiting for them is the only hard part.

Overall the experience has greatly increased my business. I enjoy this product and would recommend it to my fellow colleagues.

Pros

I like how much customization you can do with this product. It has great options and I love that you can set up all the different templates.

Cons

I dont like the mobile apps. I wish it ran smoother and functioned a little more like the web version. I also wish they would make the web version more mobile friendly if you have to log in on your phone or iPad to the Web platform.

Smoother operation and the ability track maintain and review statuses within the company and help better train our salesman

Pros

I would have to say the most enjoyable part of using this software is the ability to track statuses with reports and of course have a smoother way to documenting and storing customer information

Cons

One of the things that bothers me the most is when looking in a specific job trying to read the notes other jobs that may or may not be related to that job will appear in those notes and I understand by checking and unchecking the related box is what changes that it's still isn't issue in my opinion also a way to integrate Xactimate estimating into it would be useful just my opinion

Overall, it worked while we needed it. We did switch to another program but only because we felt that JobNimbus was expensive in comparison to a program that had more capabilities.

Pros

We loved the home page. It kept all our leads, sales, and jobs in separate but very organized views.

Cons

Searching was a little difficult because it didn't connect jobs to signed contracts, so a client's info was in two separate places. And lets say they added something later, it would be even more difficult to find.

Pros

Great program at a great price. Very user friendly. I have recommended this program to many associates, however, I will now give them a caveat on JobNimbus billing practice on continued billing after deactivating / deleting a team member.

Cons

Be cautious when deleting a team member. When you add a team member, you get billed automatically. However, when you delete a team member, you will continued to be billed for that deleted person. Job Nimbus makes you take an additional step of changing the amount of team members even though you deleted one. I feel this is a deceptive way of continuing receiving income. Also, when changing the amount of team members, next to the button of "Change Subscription", there is a warning "I no longer want the benefits of Job Nimbus" which implies that you are deleting the entire subscription and data base!

We will continue to use job nimbus because of ease of use and accessibility.

Pros

This software is easy to use and keeps all of our employees on task. We have one place to go for all meetings and appointments, with staff and customers. The schedule is easy to make and keep up with. Our office manager likes it most!

Cons

This software can be expensive, however we believe it is worth the money to keep a business tidy.

Job nimbus has worked really well for our Roofing company. We are able to communicate better with our customers and employees.

Pros

How quickly we were able to transfer over, and the capabilities of the software. I like that we are able to put all forms/docs and pics into 1 job file in one location.

Cons

The sync with quickbooks does not really work.

Very favorable.

Pros

Flexibility to set up the workflows so we can track jobs through our set process. We have yet to be able to create a report that we wanted for data tracking.

Cons

We recently moved to a new location and this included moving our desktop version of Quick-books to a new computer and that migration did not go well. Now in fairness, I think if we had called JN they might have been able to better prepare us for that move and they have worked with us to resolve the issue. The app version has been lacking but they are updating it all the time and we notice those improvements.

It did exactly what I wanted it to do and has a much more intuitive interaction with me and my staff.

My experience has been awesome as we can do it all with this software, we have the availability to complete a project from the very beginning to the very end without having to use anything else. All the records are kept in one place.

Pros

This software allowed us to stay focus on each customer, the whole team has access to everything and we can communicate internally to keep the files updated in real time.

Cons

Can't find a customer with just the phone number.

Also, be sure to turn on the Caller ID function so you can see your customers' names right when they call you (without them being contacts saved on your phone). It's pretty neat! Job Nimbus has made it easier to grow because we have live information, budgets and dashboards to manage all aspects of the company.

Pros

It is very easy to use from assigning and initiating leads in the field to tracking and reporting all workflow stages to easily manage your business.

The ability to add personalized email correspondence with templated forms when sending externally to sub contractors, suppliers or homeowners

As the Software has been put together and I understand all features. I love using it. I can keep track of all jobs we have and to which salesman they belong to. Plus track the process of each one... and when they are finished they are archived. I also love that I can tag someone if I need help specifically with someone on a certain job.

Pros

all of my work team can look to see the progress of each job as it progresses

Cons

Putting the software together and getting everyone on our team to understand it.

Trello was a lot like JobNimbus... So the transition to it made it easier for everyone and the price was much better.

I am able to pull any customer information to solve any problems or punch list items that they have on the roof we install or other minor things to get done.

Pros

It is easy to use, keeps me and the company organized, I am able to pull up any customers information within seconds when they call and thus able to assist them to what ever they need a hand with or provide them with answers from estimates and jobs that we have done quickly. I appreciate the capability to save as much documents in every customer to keep everything in hand at all times. Really recommend JobNimbus !

Cons

I like everything about it. There is nothing currently that I do not like.

Its not the cost of the CRM that is the problem it is the money they cost my sales team when they shut down for the weekend without notice or accountability.

Pros

It is fairly easy to navigate, when it works, once you have customized it for your needs.

Cons

They must do some type of maintnence monthly because all of the syncing functions fail to work one weekend a month. They do not tell you when its going to be and play stupid when you enquire about it. When you try to call for support they want you to fill out some ridiculous ticket just so they can tell you a couple days later they don't now what happened. I was paying them a decent amount of money each month just to be lied to. This cripples our sales staff and was forced to get a CRM that actually works consistently. If you are trying to save a few bucks and don't car about customer service, honesty or any type of functioning consistency they may be for you, otherwise better options are out there.

After thinking there may be a better program out there and trying other products, we soon realized that Job Nimbus is the most user friendly software out there for Roofing/Construction Companies.

The mobile app needs some work. Would love to be able to scroll through pictures.

a couple of features I like best about this software is that it is web-based! I can access it from my iPad, Android phone, and desktop computer, from anywhere! I also love the fact that I can upload photos and documents of job sites.

Cons

Cons - I can't say that I have many. Although I wish they would incorporate some sort of user roof measuring tool.

Pros

it works across platforms in the cloud. Allows us to customize products etc through our existing set up in quickbooks online. the integration with QBO allows our staff to stay in JobNimbus to do their jobs effectively and not be jumping between software.

Cons

the payment services of wepay are expensive and not client friendly. had multiple customers cancels their payments due to the complexity and murky fees.
