About FF&EZ

FF&EZ is a furniture, fixture, and equipment quoting and specification presentation tool for interior designers, architects and FF&E sales organizations. There are two basic versions: Design (covers budgeting, presentation, spec writing and ordering lists) and Design/Purchasing (include all features of Design but produces, tracks and invoices numbered purchase orders. Basic capabilities for exporting data at specific milestones are available.

Pros: This program does every in one program. I love the fact that I can clone a "whole" project and save time from recreating the same items.

Cons: Wish I could alter report options to tailor more to what I need exactly. I also wish it had an "undo" option lol

Overall: The benefits of this program are great to manage from design to budgeting to purchasing to tracking. Also, the response from the support team is second to none.

Pros: Simplicity of teaching myself how to use the software!

The fact that you can enter thousands of items into the program & have it spit out the data in hundreds of different ways to get the information needed for contractors, owners, design, construction, purchasing, punch lists, and so much more...

Cons: Not really a con. due to the fact the software is so affordable and it is an easy work around. Would love to see it cloud based one day.

Overall: When I started my first renovation I was lost trying to get everything on Excel spread sheets. Every guest rooms was a different size, and because of this I needed to buy 30 different sizes of same item. I needed to get the correct in the correct room, and ultimately make sure that i did not order the wrong amount or size. FF&EZ kept me organized and on point. THIS SOFTWARE CHANGED MY LIFE...

Pros: I really enjoy how easy it is to organize your project. It makes filing the information simple, effective, and easy to come back to. I also enjoy being able to see different aspects of the project through the filing system and seeing each category broken down for me. It makes it easier to wrap my head around large scale projects and see what needs to be completed.

Cons: I wish it was a bit more user friendly. It's not as easy to tinker around with to find what you need on your own. I wish it was a bit more user friendly. Great they have awesome customer service to help you out though!

Overall: Excellent. I always get help with the program any time I need. I really appreciate the customer service.
