Pros

The interface is easy is easy to use and it's multiplatform in the face of various browsers is a plus, it has a fair amount of customization.

Cons

Advanced features like claim submission still need work. Various quirks and errors seem to bounce around behind the scenes. Support seems to lag a day to fix something that's seems like it would be easy to fix.
