Pros: Allows us to design and create the software system to how we want it. Very user-friendly, strong support from the Easify team. Easify has huge potential and can see the growth it will achieve. I like the fact that I have full control over the product and don't need to rely on an outside company to make changes for me.

Cons: Easify allows the customer to design and create a POS system to suit their needs, therefore, some input is required from the customer to set it up however support is provided all the way to make the process as smooth as possible. There is nothing I like least about it. Best product for us.

Overall: Updated the company into the 21st century. Was able to train staff that had no PC experience as the system is very user-friendly with great back office support from Easify. Able to create and design a system to suit our needs. Able to run a business from 2 locations and individuals from sites due to the cloud system.

Pros: It runs my website. And it an epos and stock control and mobile epos work very well at events we do and the stock is updated automatically when we sell a product on the website. Adding new stock hit the button it on the website and the till straight away

Cons: Well, there not much to say about the cons. It works support is top class and very help full if there is a problem contact themand sorted very fast

Pros: It took us a very short time to get used to the software and it was easy to get up and running. Their support staff are helpful and reply to emails very quickly preventing unnecessary delays. Plus it links to our e-Commerce shop and it saves us so much time listing our products online. A great product, especially for the money - We wouldn't use anything else!

Cons: There's not a lot we don't like about however if it had a bill of materials feature it would be very useful.

Comments: The software looked great, was easy to use and setup until the first generated invoice came back from a customer advising the VAT amount is wrong.

The software adds the sub total up correctly but cannot add 20% to this figure accurately resulting in a small discrepancy with every invoice. Someone's only a few pence out but over the course of a year, the VAT paid would be incorrect by a concerning amount.

Support staff have advised they are right and a chartered account is wrong. Manual confirmation of the figures show VAT is NOT 20% on top of sub total.

Thank you for your review John.

What I believe our support representative was trying to explain was that 20% VAT on a sale of £9.99 inc VAT cannot be represented to a whole penny.

In other words, 9.99 / 1.2 = 8.325.

So to display this on an invoice requires that some rounding takes place (small value VAT rounding) as the smallest unit of currency is a penny and in this example you can't invoice for half a pence.

VAT receipts from even the largest of UK companies often have penny VAT rounding issues, this is the nature of the beast I'm afraid.
