I have always found the support on the few occasiobs I have needed it to be really excellent. Pros A great, integrated system that allows us to manage retail operation, POS and inventory control. It allows us a straightforward way to submit MTD VAT returns. Cons Initially the learning curve, however, this would be true of any system.
